I personally would never rent from these people again they gouge you as soon as you leave they start hitting you with all kinds of charges to keep your deposit plus I'll still owe them on top. so they charge me with a carpet cleaning which they didn't clean they installed flooring when I asked..I was told it's a standar charge. they also charged me for fixing hot water heater that never worked. we never had hot water from day one. I would stay away from these people they're still trying to come up with charges 6 months after I left. Oh and turn gas off the day you leave they told me not to because

NEVER EVER RENT A PROPERTY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They REFUSE to do a move out walk thru and than they GOUGE YOU and try to tell you that YOU left things damaged and in disarray..these are LOW BUDGET storage units glorified box's that they act like they are office buildings in mid town Manhattan. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I have been renting multi-use office/warehouse's from Murphy Properties since 2004. They are very responsive to my needs, especially when I needed to expand or contract, depending on the changing markets and business climate. I currently have around 7,000 sq ft of space and I am very happy with my rates and whenever I have service issues. They now even have an online payment system, making it very easy to pay the rent. I would highly recommend Murphy Properties if your business needs a multi-use facility.

This is the absolute worst property management company in Tulsa. Their properties in general are in disarray and low budget. We have had major issues getting any of the repairs completed which has included toilets that haven't working, heaters that didn't work on move-in, light switches that continually stay on just to name a few. If you choose to move please due you due diligence and check all the small things you would take for granted from a normal property management company. To make matters worse, the staff and sales personnel are fairly rude for the type of property they are renting. The
