Have had nothing but great experiences! Kim is the absolute best!! If you just communicate with them they work with you on your issues. Any time we have needed to put in a maintenance request, they get it done! There's maybe been one time where it was a little bit of a wait to get maintenance in, but I'm sure it was just a busy time and as soon as I got in contact with them about it, they made sure someone was coming out that day or the next day! Property at 4720 and 4718 s fulton ct has a bed bug infestation and the management refused to fix the issue. They will rent these places out knowing the issue is still there and don't care. I had to get rid of all my furniture and a lot of belongings just to move on. Then they wanted me pay for carpet cleaning and other cleaning fees after I moved, what a rip off. Do not rent from either of these addresses. ⚠️ YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️ I Faught those bugs off for years just to loose, there is no way I would pay for both sides of the duplex if just living in one side. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with from a Realtor !! If you fill out a maintenance request, plan on having to make several phone calls to get it done and it will take a minimum of a month before anyone fixes anything.
also during the pandemic I was laid off for 6 months with no unemployment assistance. I was late on the rent three of those months. when I got back to work, all the rent was caught up, and although they said they would work with me on the late payments for those months, it was all lies. Honestly I was unhappy with my last property manager as nothing was getting taken care of. Since the new owners and new property manager Kim got brought into my life it has been amazing. I had to pay my rent a couple of weeks ago but I'm fixing to visit their website and let them know that June will be my last month living here I have enjoyed calling this place home the only problem is is it's only 450 square feet and rents for a whopping 545 a month plus you pay your electricity and the washer and dryer room is just filthy nasty no one cleans up after their self and the owners even took trash can out of there so we couldn't even use it anymore but nobody emptied It Anyway besides me and I'm the one that put it in there but I figured people would be a little cleaner than what they

I wish I could give the level of customer service I received from renters place... specifically Kim Wayne zero stars. I use there portal to pay rent and to make repair request. I have written in the comment section of the same online portal that is used to pay rent for 6 straight months. So for 6 months they have no issues cashing my checks but never thought to review the comments from their customers. For the most part Renter's Place is a great property management company. I have rented from them for more than a year. Anytime I had a service issue, they would fix it in a timely manner. However, they are the least flexible or understanding company I have ever rented from. They will try to nickel and dime you on fees. If you are two days late on rent because you forgot, they post an eviction notice on your door (obviously something I learned from experience). I am sure that it was our fault for not reading the lease thoroughly, so lesson learned.
Be sure to read your lease contract completely. Make sure that dollar amounts are in your contract. your lease will state that the home will be professionally cleaned and carpets will be professionally cleaned but you will not know how much it will cost because you will be told that it will depend on how you leave the house or you can provide a receipt for professional cleaning.
