TMC Property Management

I hired TMC three months ago after giving my prior property management company too many chances to get their act together . I am so glad I found TMC. Denise and Meredith have been responsive, professional and attentive. Meredith went out of her way to ensure some unexpected repairs were handled quickly and at the lowest cost possible. I feel relieved knowing I have a company that is caring for my properties, the same way they would want someone caring for theirs ! Their level of communication has been a breath of fresh air . I highly recommend TMC.

They will make up any reason to not rent to you. I feel like im being Racially discriminated against. And i will be looking into this with my Lawyer

I just recently moved in a couple of months ago, this place that has the best communication to it's residents through it's online system, reminders of where work is going on in the complex, covid assistance to any one, & so far every Wednesday there's something for the tenants, at the gate. That's what I like about this place, I feel they care for their tenants, now each apartment needs 1 space w/their apt number spray painted on it & put a piece of paper in the rear window to match up, I live in the very back & had to park up front & walk all the way back on a Sat. night, I'm disabled, it was

Guy and Marcos (Sorry if spelling is wrong) were prompt as always and did a great job installing my garbage disposal and dishwasher. They're always considerate and kind and quick to respond to all maintenance needs.😊
Morgan and Harley are also great at their job In managing the office and all of its duties. They are great advocates, so very helpful, and truly care about Lincoln Glens residents. It means so much that they’re always so good to help me. 😊

They were out the same day to resolve the issue that caused my AC unit to stop working and they were both courteous and efficient in getting it fixed.

I applied for this complex after the original one I had applied and been approved for gave my apartment away after I had made an appointment to come in and put my deposit down. That complex took almost two weeks to get an answer to me while this one got back to me the next day and still were able to get me moved in on the original date I was wanting from the other one. The team here has been more than helpful in this process and are so incredibly friendly! Definitely excited to call this home now!

I am enjoying living in my apartment. I have occasionally needed to call for a maintenance issue and they very promptly fixed my issue. It is a great place to live.
