I moved into a house I rented through this company and it wasn't the nicest place to begin with, but it was affordable and close to where I worked. I had several issues upon moving in that they did fix, but I don't know why these things weren't already inspected since they were electrical problems and heating problems. They waited until after the coldest part of the year to install central heating. Before that I relied on a gas heater that the gas company advised me not to even use, plus space heaters. After moving out they attempted to bill me $925 for clean up. I spent an entire day with help

I've been renting with accent since April 1st of this year. They've worked with me on my rent when I would be late on it, and even emailed me a list of places that offer to help with rent. They're very responsive to maintenance requests, and any questions I might have. My condo is beautiful and spacious.

This is the best place I have ever lived! Stephanie was amazing from the start with showing me the property. She is very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable about the property. The office staff is also amazing, and very friendly. The maintenance work has always been very responsive, and done quickly. This is the best place to live in Tulsa hands down! I would recommend this place to anyone! Absolutely amazing!

There is simply no other choice in Tulsa besides Accent. I tried 3 different property management companies before finding them and they've never let me down in two years of managing my property.
The difference between Accent and the others is that they have dedicated departments for each piece of the property management cycle (marketing, billing, maintenance, etc.). Other property management companies seem to but a quick look under the hood shows that they don't.
The individuals that I spoke to at other places were responsible for every single piece which made them disorganized and only rewarded

I'm a landlord of one of the properties Accent manages and they have really done a great job of making the process of being a landlord as enjoyable as one could expect. They take the guess work out of maintenance and have a great staff that will respond very quickly to any questions and is helpful in making suggestions as well. They were able to get my property inspected and rented quickly. The negative tenant reviews would have more to do with individual landlords than Accent, as the landlord has the choice of letting accent handle everything ASAP and then paying, or handling everything themselves
