Services
This spiral bound full color book is a great addition to your home exercise library. The Pilates mat program has been modified to fit any age or orthopedic problem. Now there are no excuses for not doing your Pilates mat program. Use the soft mini ball, body bolster and weighted balls to give you a challenging and supportive workout.
Payment in full for the entire session is required at the time of registration for a class. In the message box on PayPal please indicate which class time you are signing up for. Note: Pro-rating is not done for vacations or classes that you know you will miss. If it is an 8 week session, you must sign up for an 8 week session, or 6 week, etc. Make up classes are available in any class time during a session to make up any missed class.
If you have signed up for a class and then wish to drop less than one week before class begins a $30 studio rental fee will be deducted from your full payment prior to refund or you will be billed for the $30 withdrawal fee. Any make-ups must be made during the current session, there are no carry- over classes allowed into the next sessions unless due to illness/injury/surgery.
One hour of one-on-one training to learn better technique and fine tune your movements. Do you have pain with a workout? Do you have arthritis, back or knee problems, osteoporosis? Learn how to modify your workout safely and effectively to prevent further injury. You may require more medical knowledge than the average personal trainer has to guide you on the right fitness path.
Named after its founder, Joseph Pilates, Pilates exercises are a unique combination of exercises that you perform in order. Each exercise flowing into the next and constantly reinforcing and relying on the strength of the "powerhouse"- a term that refers to your abdominal, low back, buttocks and inner thighs.
