I went in for an interview very skeptical after hearing horrible things about this daycare. I instantly got bad vibes from how dirty and ghetto the inside looks and hearing the staff in the back screaming at the kids. It had advertised on indeed that they pay up to $13/hr and employees can bring a child free of charge. Well that was a total lie. They told me that they could only offer me $10/hr and I would have to pay out of pocket for my son’s tuition. I have had former co workers from other childcare center tell me how shady it is and it’s not a good idea as well as multiple OT therapists

My daughter is 3. She was there for 1wk, there was no social distancing or masks!
They make u pay $360 up front for 1st week, and last week! My daughter now has COVID-19.They will not refund the $180 that my daughter can't use. When I told them she had COVID-19, they were nasty, uncaring and defensive. Find a safer place to send your child!

Critical: Quality, Value
It just doesn’t sit right with me that after a Covid outbreak, the staff still aren’t going to wear masks to help prevent the spread! As well the staff doesn’t follow dietary restrictions and only gives the kids water during the day! I’m on the fence about sending my baby back there. Extremely unsatisfactory service

First off my daughter has been here for 3 months and is 8 months old, and first daycare she’s been too. I picked this daycare for the camera system, but every camera is bad quality. Don’t send you kid here! My daughter is sick almost every week with something different, and I understand children get sick from daycare but not as much as she does. Reasons
1.) She has came home with other children’s pacifiers. (When I have brought hers labeled with her name on them)
2.) Their toys are all across room on floor un-cleaned.
Also: the infant room is so cold, that I will pick her up and her feet

All daycares are going to come with issues here and there but my daughter has been there for over two years now and I honestly can’t come up with anything that’s been alarming. Yes, there’s turnover with the staff. Yes, she has caught some colds and bugs. Small little issues here and there. But that’s any daycare. I have always felt that her teachers cared for her, and she always seems to be happy and have had a good day. My wife watches the cameras fairly often and the kids seem well taken care of and interacted with. Our daughter talks about her friends and teachers from “school”

I was once a worker here, and while all days were not perfect, they hold a very special place in my heart.
To begin KCA (Jeff Location), not only gave me a job, but helped me realize what I ready wanted to do and my calling, which is to care for young children to my best ability. Not every day was a worker will be peaches and cream, it is a very difficult job and is not meant for everyone. But the staff that has been there are friendly and know what they are doing. Paula, Ellen, Emily, Jessica, and Diana are awesome and do so much for that center and their staff. They are also pretty flexible

My 4 year old son Jakob goes to Kids Care in Jeffersonville. Jakob is a strong willed child but the staff at Kids Care treat him well and most of his days are really good. The facility is always clean( where I go to the pre-school and older kids sides). The webcams offer a sense of relief that you can see what goes on during the days. The teachers give me day to day updates about Jakob and his behavior and they have worked well with me to implement systems, such as our star chart, to help with his success. We have been going to Kids Care since February so 6 months. Jakob has had a few teachers

We are so thrilled about Kids Care Academy and the progress that our daughter has made while enrolled the past 4 months! Her toddler teacher is super sweet and is awesome at keeping us very informed on what's going on with Lily. We have lots of great pictures and cute crafts to put in Lily's scrapbooks, and we look forward to adding more!
