We stayed here this past weekend and it was lovely. Lobby and hallways were very clean and staff were very friendly. Our room was extremely nice and everything was clean as smelled amazing. We enjoyed some time at the pool and it was lovely as well. Free breakfast was provided and it was a great selection. Location was wonderful and close to everything. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning in the future.

There was an employee who was rude towards us when I told her that the tv wasn’t working. The room wasn’t cleaned that well. The sheets and pillow cases were stained black. I asked for new ones the same rude woman employee said we couldn’t get new because they had no extra ones. But, the food was decent.

For the price I paid - amazing. They blessed me with an awesome corner room with great view up and down the river. Nice lobby, pretty decorations and an indoor pool. Plenty of parking too .

The beds where very uncomfortable, there was barley any lights in the room, once the sun goes down you can barely see, I had to buy a travel light from Walmart to put in the corner to see. The room was super dirty, walking barefoot turned my feet black and there was a stain on the blanket that looked like blood. The breakfast in the morning was okay, in the picture they have online there is a waffle maker but there wasn’t one, just eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy.

We visited here a couple of months ago and it was terrible. We checked in and the elderly woman behind the desk seemed rude but I thought, everyone has a bad day. The lobby was nice so we went up to our room. It was in terrible condition in terms of cleanliness. The bed cover was stained in several places, the air/heat unit was dirty, the remote was sticky, our television had no sound, dirty windows, the ice machines didn’t work, the parking for the handicapped section was terrible and very limited, and the list went on the more we looked around. We ended up just checking out where the front

Just left our two night stay at River Bend Inn and had to come on and leave a review! Was kind of worried because of the price being so affordable that it would be horrible, but we were completely surprised! So nice, clean and the beds were so comfy! Plus a great hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy! Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonable place to stay!

Wanted to experience Pigeon Forge, but (after just getting back from a BIG family beach vacation) wanted to keep a modest budget. Pulling into the driveway, I was a little nervous, but the inside was very clean and inviting. Front desk staff was friendly and check in was a quick and easy process.
Or room had a heart shaped hot tub in it with king bed. It was pretty clean and nice and comfortable.
