Forward Fitness
Forward is a 45 minute long Pilates-inspired workout located in Old Metairie, Louisiana. This workout effectively combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, flexibility and core training. During the workout, you will use upper and lower body muscles to resist or counter-resist the springs built into the machine.

What makes this workout unique is that clients can adjust resistance to accommodate existing injuries or muscle weakness. You can burn up to 600 calories in a single class and increase your metabolism 24 hours after the workout.
Services
Classes are 45 minutes long -plenty of time to experience a high-intensity, low-impact workout. Every class offers a different routine, to keep things interesting and challenging. All of our classes are customizable; we offer modifications for almost every single move. Your muscles will be shaking and burning all while working up a sweat.

Forward uses MindBody, an easy and secure scheduling system. Through the MindBody website or app, you can view available classes, keep track of your purchase history, manage subscriptions, and add yourself to the waitlist.

Enjoy this studio so much! After having babies, this was the first thing I got back into and took time for myself for. Forward Fitness provides a full body work out that is challenging but also leaves you feeling empowered, strong and graceful after every class. If you’re contemplating it, don’t be shy, just go for it! :) It’s fun to see how you grow and learn each class.

Forward Fitness is one of my favorite studios. Ever since they moved and opened up their new location on Metairie Road, I have been going to many classes and every class is a different, challenging​ and unique class. The instructor, Katherine, who I have only been to, is an amazing, helpful instructor who strives for all of her students to not just be challenged but truly learn the greatness of pilates and reformers. The new studio is stunning, very modern like and very spacious. The best part of each class is after sweating it all out, sore to the core, you are granted a cold towel that is soothing

I love love love Forward Fitness! The instructors are amazing and professional while keeping things fun. The location is perfect for me because it's right down the road from where I live. You can tell that the owner takes care of the studio because every time I have gone to take a class, the studio has been in pristine condition. I also love how they give you a cold towel at the end of class with essential oils on it, definitely makes the workout worth it!

I love this studio. Their classes are challenging and personable, allowing the instructors to focus on the needs of each student. The studio is impeccably clean and they offer an assortment of times to fit any schedule. Would highly recommend!
