Dan Smolen and his team are absolutely amazing. Their knowledge of the law rivaled even the judge during our trial. While being very professional and respectful of the court process. Our case was definitely a David and Goliath story. Dan and his team went into battle without hesitation, knowing we were going up against a giant, and conquered! We contacted Dan Smolen when our son was killed on his motorcycle when a Tulsa County Sheriff did a uturn in front of him. The officer told responding officers his version of what happened. He blamed my son. Through Facebook we found the only eye witness and as information came available we realized that we had a lawsuit. After 4 years and many delays and Dan Smolen's expertise he got justice for our son. The sheriff was found negligent. It did not bring my son back but his name is cleared. Smolen and Roytman got my son justice. Dan Smolen went to bat for my son and knocked it out of the park! He had the Tulsa County Sheriff Office, the County DA and the Tulsa County Judge doing everything they could to make it impossible to win. He found a way to beat all of them. I am convinced if we would have hired anyone other than Dan Smolen we would have lost. We were treated with respect and dignity.
