I rented the Social Hall for my Grandson’s 1st Birthday Party. It was filthy and dirty when I arrived. Mice were in the trash can, food was all over the counter and floors, the floors also had trash and stains on it. The carpet was stained and the closet with the tables were in disarray. Not to mentioned the refrigerator still had seasoned chicken from the last party. I paid $425, security deposit of $100 deposit and paid $75 to clean it before I could setup. The Concierge and another lady tried to help. It was too much for us to do and still setup for the party on time. I had to call my housekeeper

UPDATE: It has been exactly one week since I had to leave a voicemail for Joyce who I was told would be the one to handle this. I have yet to hear back at all other than the copy/paste reply that came to this google review.
I have lived here for almost a year now. This place would be nice if a good amount of the residents didn't treat the property like its their own personal trashcan. On SEVERAL occasions I have had to pull chicken wing bones out of my dogs mouth since people here just throw them all over the parking lot. I have seen this happen to at least 3 other dog owners as well. In addition

When I first moved in - it was lovely. Everything was new (floors and freshly painted). Then reality set in. My requests for service were often ignored. I had to buy a microwave because they wouldn't fix mine. The hall washer was often broken so I had to go to the laundromat, and my ac/heater didn't work (turned on and off by itself). Oh and there was a leak they could never find and mold started growing under my cabinets.

I’ve been a tenant here for 5 years and I love my apartment for the most part.. all I can say is that there is a mice and bug problem in building one specifically (which is where I live). I keep my apartment very clean but, still have issues. Maintenance has done barely anything to address the issue and I seen one run into my apartment just now!! yikes. did my best to swat it out and hopefully its gone.. This could be from people not throwing their trash away correctly. (leaving open bags of trash near chute instead of actually in trash chute). Also, the elevators tend to break a lot and security

The leasing and concierge staff at Towers are absolutely wonderful! I worked with Travis since February to find an ideal unit for a longer-term stay. I work from home and had *many* requirements and questions, and Travis patiently answered all my questions and maintained active communication with me up until my move-in in June. Whenever Travis was out, others from the leasing office promptly helped me out and answered any questions I had. I've never had to wait more than a day for an email response and my calls were always answered/returned quickly. I've seriously never worked with a more professional

Lived here before the name change and after. The place has gone through so many changes but love the apartments. Gates are great to deal with, guest passes aren't horrible to get. The staff is great, parking is easy and its just far enough from downtown to have some peace but close enough to get to work without issue.

Unfortunately, you have to worry about the residents here STEALING your food from the lobby when you order. BUILDING THREE.
Today I had an order stolen from someone who pays rent here. Which is dirty to say the least. If the elevators weren't so terribly slow in here, I probably would've caught them.
There's also flies and roaches in the units, no matter how much you clean, or try to exterminate yourself, they come back like they pay rent, too.

I am currently in the process of leasing an apartment from the Towers. I’m scheduled to move in at the end of the month. Today I made an attempt to go look at my unit to properly plan for furniture and due to my schedule this was the most fitting time. When I made the call to see if I can be accommodated, I was told no because all of the leasing agents were busy and my leasing agent was off. That’s extremely understandable however due to my schedule i politely gave a rebuttal in efforts to be accommodated. I have lived here for over 5 years. I am very happy that I made the choice to move here. I live in an upgraded apartment with beautiful fixtures and plank floors. My apartments is extremely spacious with soo many closets! We even have a laundry room with a washer and dryer within our apartment!
Not sure what people are talking about with the previous reviews, but I am very happy here. My hallways are always clean. I see the cleaners every morning cleaning all the common areas and hallways. Our concierge is always friendly towards myself and my guests. Maintenance office is in my building

I live at 12th floor, every morning I get wake up by the sound of electric drills coming above me. And when I told the officers about this, they told me it is none of their business and they don't know how much longer it will continue. Towers really don't care about residents living experience once you signed a contract with them.

The worst move-in day that I have never imagined! My move-in date was Saturday, October 19th. I visited the lease office a day before on October 18 to check the apartment and asked the office if I could check the apartment and get the key a day earlier. Because my agent wasn't there, I couldn't check the apartment, and they asked me to take the key on the move-in day, so I just made an elevator reservation for the move and came back. The next day, when I moved my stuff from my previous apartment into my new apartment, I was completely shocked.

Mice, flies, and roaches live in the walls and between floors. Extermination services simply aren't good enough. In addition, mold and filth exists in the garage. Water flows from broken storm drains while mud infiltrates from the walls. These are examples of what I've seen over the past 3 years as a resident of building 2.
Despite these very poor conditions, I've managed to enjoy my apartment, a great view of the city, and it's convenient location. Maintenance staff are responsive and the grounds look good.

There are so many things wrong with this place, starting with the maintenance staff and the leasing agents. My roommates and I moved into a "new" apartment only to find out that half of the amenities were already broken. The front door wouldn't close properly, our bathroom sink was clogged as soon as we started using it, and our dishwasher would not close because it was falling out of its pocket. Eventually, water built up in our dishwasher and was leaking all over our floor uncontrollably. The 24/7 maintenance staff didn't show up until the next day. We have called maintenance

I am so glad that I read these reviews because I was about to consider moving to this horrible place. I will not tolerate trash in the hallways, weed smoke, kids running a muck, the pool being filled with kids who do not live there, kids in the lobby to illegally use the school system, drug dealers, mice, roaches, unprofessional staff or undesirables. I would be too embarrassed to call it home.

I came here for a friends house warming party. I am also from out of state so coming here was my first time. I would say I'm actually impressed. First, this place is gated with a security guard in front. It gives the residents a safe place to live. Second, lots of parking but guests had to park in the gravel area. We went to building three. Third, walking in there is a reception desk with a nice seating area. My friend told me they made huge renovations to the place last year. Lastly, elevators were nice with a mirror back, hall ways had a hotel vibe to it, and rooms are very big and spacious

There are young kids running rampant, parties every weekend night... The management cannot do anything even though there are quiet hours it is no use.
If you have family and quietness is important, then I suggest you move on and find another place. This place is perfect for parties since apartment don't do anything about noise all night.

I have been living here for the past 2 years and I absolutely love it. I'm not sure if I just got lucky, but building 1 is definitely great. The front desk workers are very friendly and will help you out if your packages are missing. When my package was sent to another building, the front desk guy (Leroy) found it and tried to deliver it to my door because he knew that I really needed my package. He didn't have to come to my door, but it was a sincere gesture to come up and deliver it!
