Don’t listen to the negative reviews - what they don’t acknowledge is how overworked and understaffed and frankly underpaid people in the veterinary field are. Also, it’s easy to be upset at the vet staff and place blame when you are grieving a pet’s loss or illness.
We have been coming here for 2 years with our dogs and they are always responsive to my frantic calls and emails, and greet us with a smile. Dr. Donovan is especially great, and I appreciate that he doesn’t sugarcoat things. He also has shown time and time again that he genuinely cares about my dogs rather than just caring

I am so happy to be back at Wendell Veterinary Clinic.This place is so professional. FROM THE minute I called for an appointment I felt welcome.The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. They actually like animals and it shows. . IT'S not just a job. Dr.Moodie actually did a recheck of my dogs foot outside because the day was beautiful and my pup was nervous.We never felt rushed.Dr.Moodie answered all our questions and gave great medical advice on continuing wound care..Thank God for a practice that actually has time for their patients. Whenever we had major surgeries or a difficult injury

I cannot praise the WVC family enough. Every visit has been treated and met with such personal care. These guys really have a heart for your animal, and are so supportive. Their customer care and service is 2nd to none, not to mention the pricing incredibly fair, and much more affordable than NYC rates! Thank you for taking such good care of our pup. We can't wait to see our WVC family again.

Just called Wendells, my dog was brought in for a spade 2 weeks ago. They operated and found out my dog is pregnant. Today I called because my dog needs surgery (c section) or has to be looked at to help because the dogs water broke 2 days ago.and one puppy was born dead. After the clerk checked with the Dr. they told me there was nothing they could do for me. WOW. Not very compassionate or professional. And when I asked for the Drs name the rude clerk hung up on me. I will never go back there again. Also they used to be the vet to go to around here mainly cause it was affordable. But forget that

Dr. Donovan was very good with my dog Lilli. He was informative with all her medicines explaining and taking extra time to do so. The office has been great fitting me in as well as Dr. Donovan calling and scheduling a follow up visit. I appreciate their kindness when I have a sick animal. Worried fur mom... Thank you!
