I had a excellent experience... I have very poor credit. The Truxel store has two very nice young ladies and a gentleman that actually got me approved with zero down. I will shop here again. Thank you for the excellent customer service. My mother will enjoy her birthday gift.

All of the employees are great at the Natomas location. Alexia and Angelina are always diligent and helpful when giving me calls regarding my account. They always are nice and have a upbeat attitude when I come in also. I appreciate them all! Alec I believe his name was who helped me last time was great at helping me find a piece of jewelry also.

Very helpful & make sure you are happy before you leave out the door. Staff is so sweet that they even cleaned a ring that I was wearing that I didn't even get from them.
