My husband got me a 10k name plate with my name on it. It was 10k gold. He went back and purchaded a chain to go with it 3 weeks later. Fay jewelers added the chain on to my 10k name plate and then my husband brought it back home to me. Fast forward i notice my chain starting to fade really bad, so i make my husband take it back . he takes it back they said sorry and they didnt know how they accidentally mixed up a fake chain with a real one .which was a natural human mistake. I get it. I call in the next day to ask them about my new chain . i asked " how would i know if my chain was real this

Great jewelers just make sure to keep your receipts even when everything is said and done because if you ever have an issue they may not honor it. The dads usually really cool and helpful the son though he full of it sometimes and doesn't seem to want to take care of his customers at times.

I needed to have an old watch fixed. I expected to drop it off and come back for it. They were able to fix it and have it working in about ten minutes. They even set the correct time on the watch. Excellent service.

I've been trying to come to this store two days in a row. They have consistently closed 30-40 minutes early. As a military member who works irregular hours and days, it's really annoying to come to a place to see everyone leaving 30 minutes early when you are trying to purchase a ring from these individuals. They are just adding to the stressors of wedding planning.

I went to another jeweler prior to this one with my boyfriend. He had a ring which needed sizing and that jeweler was unable to do it in such short time since we were leaving the next day. I called this place because it's on my way home, and they said they'll see what they can do.
We got there pretty close to closing and not only did they size ring on the spot, but they also sold my boyfriend on a beautiful cuban link bracelet. They are really amazing people.

Love this place. They're my go to for anything I need to get done, whether it's a ring resized, necklace repair, watch battery replacement, so on and so forth. So, I was a bit nervous coming to this place solely on Yelp reviews. What convinced me is that when somebody had a complaint on Yelp, the store reached out to rectify the problem. Decided to try them out.

I had my solitary diamond from my wedding ring reset into a vintage setting. They took measurements to size my finger, went over the cost and offered (for an added fee) to recoat my 14K ring in like metal to cover the wear marks and scratches.
