I lived in the apartment for more than 4 years. Very nice community. All are great.
For cooking the exhaust succession fan is small may be a better effecient fan be considered.

Very nice apartments. Lived there for several years & loved it. Walking distance to almost everything. Very nice swimming pool.

Wonderful Appartments with spacious, huge balcony and beautiful green grounds ,specifically good for kids for playing.Lived there for 2 years. It was an amazing experience. Jake cherry and his team is excellent, helpful, kind and very responsive. I have lived at Main Line Berwyn apartments for 15 years and love it! The apartments are spacious, the balconies huge, the grounds are beautiful. Our manager, Jake Cherry, is wonderful to work with and takes care of any issues in a timely and professional manner. I have been here long enough to have dealt with several different managers and staff over the years. Jake and the current maintenance staff are by far the best! One example: my huge living room window had to be replaced this past winter. The vendors came out on a weekend and Dave (from maintenance) drove over on his day off to make sure

Cannot recommend Main line Berwyn apartments enough! Jake Cherry goes above and beyond the call of duty to really help out in anyway that he possibly can! He is responsive, helpful and kind! It is my first time living in an apartment complex and it has been such a positive one! MLB apartments are located right near the train station as well as plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. Thank you SO much, Jake for all that you do (and it’s a lot) to keep MLB running so efficiently! We are all so lucky to have you!

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and just love it. From the 12 inch thick walls which deaden any sounds, to the balcony that spans the full length of the apartment. Before I moved here my requirements were a well managed and maintained apartment. Jake is a wonderful manager. He is organized and seamlessly gets work orders done. We have two maintenance men and one cleaning person. Any problem I have had has been taken care of within 24 hours. And it is very clean with no bugs or unwanted guests. We also have a 24/7 emergency service.
Westover is constantly upgrading. Last summer each building

It is an old apartment complex with poor heating,took lot of time for the maintenance team to restore and they did a very poor job there as well.The heating was poor for the whole year I stayed.Family with kids should be ready to experience freezing cold inside home when you decide to Move In.The electricity bill was hefty and I was charged hefty(4 year old Kitchen stove which was working absolutely fine was replaced when I left charging me in full ($550)) from a security deposit.I am trying to reach the management team for the past one month to resolve this issue and no support till date.
