David conducted an amazing inspection for the condo I'm potentially going to purchase. As a first time homebuyer, I was impressed by the number of issues, big or small, found out by David. I called David to ask about my new construction home inspection. On the first day itself, he gave me a good quote for the inspection. It was very easy to schedule a time with him. He did a thorough job of inspecting the house, then explained us the major issues in house and provided us the report on the same day. He is quite responsive in answering emails or messages. Definitely recommend him and would hire him again in future for any of my home inspections.
