Hamed, the Owner/Inspector of Caspian Home Inspections (License No. 2467), was born in a Family with Home Building Professionals. His Dad and Uncle were Well-known builders in their area and trained lots of builders during their careers. From an early age, Hamed was helping his dad with construction projects and learning home building, metalwork, and concrete foundations techniques.
After finishing his Master's degree in Animal Physiology and refusing his scholarship for a Ph. D. program in South Korea, he moved to Seattle and decided to follow his Dad's profession because he believed there is nothing in the home building he cannot figure out or find a way to tackle it.

Caspian was awesome. They really understood that this was all a new process for me, as this is my first home buying experience. They did a thorough job and the way they delivered the report was easy to understand and identify the issues that need fixing. Clear and concise.
They did two inspections for me. In the first one they identified issues within 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the inspection. That’s great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Hamed was a pleasure to work with. While inspecting the home we just got an offer accepted on, he took the time to explain how each system in the house worked, how and when to perform basic maintenance, and when to periodically get things checked by professionals. Additionally, he pointed out various aspects of how the house was built that showed the quality of the work. I really appreciated this as it helped put my mind at ease about the quality and value of such a large investment. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely work with again!

I used Caspian for a home inspection over the weekend. Hamed showed up on time, was very friendly and professional, thorough, and seemed very knowledgeable. He made sure to point out things that could use some maintenance, and as a first time home owner (have only owned condos) was patient with me and walked me through some of the things that I will want to do as regular maintenance. He also got a pdf of the report to me the same day, and made sure to let me know that he is happy to help answer any questions in the future. I'd definitely recommend hiring them for your inspection needs.

We’ve worked with Hamed twice for buyer’s home inspection. He came highly recommended by our realtor. He’s very professional and did a thorough inspection of the properties.
