Rick did a great job on a pre-inspection for my buyers! I gave him a call to do a last minute pre-inspection, and he was already finished with the exterior by the time I arrived. We had a short window to do a pre-inspection on a listed house and Rick was very accommodating with his schedule. He arrived ahead of our appointment to do visual inspections around the house, and did quick and thorough inspections in the house once we got in. His experience with houses in the Seattle/East side areas helped greatly with the process. Not only did he point out problems, he also offered valuable advice on how to fix them. After the inspection he was also very responsive in answering a bunch of my follow-up questions. Thumbs up to his great service.

Rick performed a property inspection for me recently. Best inspector ever! Rick explained every step of his inspection, instructing me on what to watch out for when maintaining my home. I even, for the first time, took a look at the crawlspace and attic (not something I would usually do) at Rick's urging. So it was an inspection and an educational meeting. Fantastic!
