Services
Our Infant program provides a warm and nurturing environment, where babies are loved. Teachers partner with parents for guidance in planning each infant's daily schedule to meet individual needs. This home and school collaboration helps teachers to create a smooth transition. Parents receive a written report each day.
Simple acts like dumping and filling or knocking over block structures brings great joy and laughter. They are beginning to make choices and then move quickly onto the next activity. Our play-based, educational curriculum helps our younger toddlers tap into their inquisitive nature. My kids love the teachers and staff at Magic Cottage!
Our toddlers are incredibly special! They are curious and constantly searching to make discoveries. The teachers create a warm, safe, and secure world that encourages each toddler to be excited to learn. There is a daily schedule as part of this play-based curriculum which changes to address the developmental needs of each child.

Our play-based curriculum in combination with structured cognitive learning encourages children to express their individuality. The room is designed to promote choice and decision making.
Magic Cottage has a number of special events and activities that enrich the overall learning experience for your child. The flagship events are the Magic Cottage Mall, Halloween Parade, and the Winter Holiday Party and Show. Children participate in every aspect of these events from learning songs, to creating artwork, to speaking roles.

I’ve worked at the Magic Cottage for 8 and a half years, from the Younger Toddler room to Pre-K. It is truly a magical place to work. The director of the Yardley center is the founder of the school and has a passion for education that can not be matched. The office is dedicated to the empowerment of children and making sure the staff is well trained and on top of their game. The curriculum is developmentally appropriate and individualized in each room for each child. The children are truly the stars of the show and the teachers are the most supporting characters. My 14 month old son transferred to Magic Cottage in Yardley this week from another day care facility, and I am SO HAPPY with our decision. The teachers, director and owner are all fantastic and helped make the transition easy. He connected with the teachers and kids right away, and I can already see a difference in him in only a few days. We are so grateful to have found this school!
