I have all things to say about This company. This was our first home, and of course we were nervous about our home inspection and what it in detailed. JJ was more than helpful with all the information we needed by assisting us in what we should do. He was a very honest and Let us know exactly what we needed to do and what needed to be fixed. Explained things where we could understand them! They are very reasonably priced and will lead you in the right direction.

We are extremely happy with the inspections that JJ did for us - all 17 of them! Southern Sky is very investor friendly, which was very important to us since we are not local to Florida. JJ is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional, quick to respond, and was able to work within our super tight timeline to help us close the portfolio deal on time. I also really liked the reports he provided, especially that they were available online with the repair request list feature. In fact, we used the repair request list directly from his reports to negotiate over 10% off the purchase price
