We offer both private and group Reformer pilates classes. This is one of the best ways to overcome or prevent any type of injuries as it is a low impact way of strengthen and lengthen your body. With our nutritional coaching we help you reach your health goals.

This is a personalized program where we look into what you specifically need in order to achieve your goals no matter if it is to loose weight, prepare for a long distance race, get over chronic health issues.Our Personal trainer Matt is very passionate about health and will do everything he can to get you into the best shape ever, making sure you'll hit your fitness goals.
Services
We are currently building our class schedule and will offer more and more group classes as the time goes by. If you are a party of 3-4 people and have a particular time that would fit for your group, let us know as we might be able to add that time on to our schedule as a regular class.

If you are looking to really take your health and strength to the next level, then Personal Training is for you. We offer one on one sessions as well as small groups with two or three people per session. Our personal trainer, Matt Salyer is highly knowledgeable and very passionate about weight training and goes way beyond to make sure you see results while also having a great time in the gym.
We often forget the importance of nutrition. We can look at food being the materials our body needs to maintain and constantly renew the whole system. If we don't give our bodies the right nutrients or the variety needed, our structure can only last for so long.

With time different symptoms will arrive which the body often can heal if we just support it correctly, eating a variety of healthy foods, incorporating some targeted supplements as well as making sure we are exercising, sleeping and detoxifying our system the best way possible.

I love everything about this place! Both Amanda and Adrienne really focus on meeting personal goals in a positive environment. Highly recommend them both. The studio is new and just gorgeous 😍

I love this place! Matt and Amanda are so kind and make you feel very welcomed in their studio. My core and upper body is so much stronger plus my posture has improved. Great energy plus I have met some wonderful people here!!

Amanda & Matt are excellent coaches. I could not ask for better teachers and guides. They are professional and teach with precision, explaining movements throughout the class. One small adjustment and you discover muscles you never knew you had.
Although this studio is small, it is well laid out and always clean and neat. The group classes are great - with a maximum of 5 people you get alot of attention and instruction.
If you are looking for great instructors, an intimate class size and a great work out, this is the place to go.

I have been taking classes at Core Pilates fitness with Amanda and Matt for about six months. If you are looking for small classes (5 reformers maximum ) A great work out, personal attention, and loads of fun this is the place for you! Both Amanda and Matt spend time getting to know you personally so they know how to form their classes they make sure that everyone benefits during each class to target their own personal needs. I can’t think Matt and Amanda enough for all they have done for me. You can’t go wrong with Core Pilates fitness!
