It appears my raving review under previous name has been deleted, so I am re-entering under the new name. This gym is ESSENTIAL and very clean. Each HIIT workout is different, challenging, and makes efficient use of 30 minutes. All coaches are great motivators and highly knowledgeable, experienced trainers. They keep a close eye to make sure you are doing exercises correctly, to avoid injury. In case you do have injury acquired from everyday life, they offer alternate exercises and suggest ways to help heal faster. Highly recommend!

Best fitness class! Every workout is different and challenging! The trainers are amazing and give positive and constructive feedback to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout. And it's super convenient!...classes are only 30 minutes long and there are several classes a day to choose from so you can plan your workout to fit your day!

I hate working out but I LOVE Hoops Bootcamp & Fitness! This is the only place I've found that meets my needs and has helped me to achieve my fitness goals. I've been working out with Jason, Mike, and Von for 4 years and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in as an adult. The 30 minute workouts are challenging, you're definitely not wasting any of your time. They change daily so you're never bored and the padded mat makes such a difference on my joints for HIIT training. I was a member of Lifetime Fitness and I quit because I definitely prefer Hoops Bootcamp classes

Hoops is exactly what I needed in my life - a challenging and efficient workout with a wide range of class times to fit any schedule. I leave satisfied every day, knowing that I've gotten a good workout. The instructors are friendly and encouraging to people at all fitness levels, and help me to hold myself accountable. I like the small class environment, because I feel like part of a community.

Don't let the name fool you. I was nervous about trying this place because "Boot Camp" makes me think of drill sergeants who yell and belittle you. Boy, was I wrong!

We love Folsom Fit Body Bootcamp! All the fitness trainers are super awesome, down to heart, easy going people! They are professional and they are so great at what they do. Mentally and physically. You can feel that they really do care!
Another good thing about this place, everyone who goes there, are encouraging each other & no one is judging. We all have different level of physical level and we are there to learn.
The price is just right! And we get free classes to try it out!

By far these are the best work outs I've ever had. It's 30 minutes of hard core intense workouts with short rest periods. This enables the heart rate to stay elevated, almost like running for 30 minutes which I never do nor do I want to. I drive from El Dorado Hills to come work out 3x per week. There are multiple class times offered more than any other studio I've checked out. Don't let the 30 minutes fool you into thinking you are not getting a good work out. Jason the instructor/owner probably crams a 1 hour workout into 30 minutes. So glad I found this place!

I worked out here for five weeks. It has become such an addicting experience. There is ALWAYS challenge. If you push yourself, you will definitely see results, but trust me, you will have no choice but to push yourself. 30 minutes of intensive workout with a very dedicated couch/trainer and hungry-for-fitness group. I love it. I recommend it to anyone.

I can't believe I'm writing a review about anything to do with fitness... because I HATE working out... but FBBC is honestly different. I have been working out regularly for the past 5 months, and I actually enjoy the workout. I definitely enjoy feeling more toned and the increase in energy it provides. Jason is fantastic as a trainer- he knows what he is talking about and can adjust exercises appropriately if you have injuries, he is a good motivator without being annoying or mean. I have been going for two weeks and absolutely LOVE it!!! I have been seeing results already. I have tried other boot camps, but have not found anything like Folsom Fit Body. Every workout is different and they have many class times to pick from. I love that each class is 30 minutes and very challenging. The trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly and motivate you to meet your goals. Jason and the staff are great!! I would highly recommend that you check it out. You will love it!!!!

This is an awesome place. I have been coming here for the past three weeks, and there hasn't been any exercise that was not challenging. Every day, you are presented with new exercise and instructions are clear and the instructor/coach is there to help you with any questions you may have. Classes fill up quickly because it is small group of 14 at a time; however, there is plenty of times to choose from.
The instructor is friendly, and will challenge you as long as you are willing to be challenged. I love working out and being challenged. I love this place. It is addictive....

FBBC is a fantastic work out environment if you want to get fit while having fun. Every day is something different and it is never boring. Jason challenges us daily while motivating and teaching throughout the session. I really enjoy working out in a group setting and everyone at FBBC is friendly and welcoming. We are all from different athletic backgrounds but that doesn't matter in this environment as everyone encourages and works hard.
