We absolutely loved living there (8years) rose is the greatest,she always made sure things ran smoothly and professionally, always very caring and cheerful, she made sure any maintenance problems got resolved quickly, the apartments are beautiful and well kept, the grounds are very well maintained.

We absolutely enjoy living here at Seaview Apts!. RoseMarie and Rebecca are caring, always smiling when greeting us & love our little, happy fur-baby, too!

We are looking forward to becoming a part of this community. P.S. We have lived here now for awhile & are very happy! We feel safe, the staff goes beyond your expectations & the grounds are well maintained.

Have been living here for a while now and have to say its by far the best place my husband and I have lived in. We love the area! Its 2 minutes from the beach, its quiet, safe, and all the neighbors are super nice! The management here is great! They are very sweet and get to know all the residents very well! Couldn't ask for a better place to live! And they love pets!

Love it here! The location is so great, literally a 4 minute walk to the beach! The weather has never gone above 80/85 even during this California heat wave. Neighbors are all super nice and friendly, but also very respectful of each other's space. There's a beautiful walking path nearby that runs along the beach and the port that leads to the lighthouse where I have seen dolphin pods on multiple occasions. The staff is awesome! Management is very helpful and always courteous. Any issue gets addressed in a timely manner. I've been here for almost 2 years now and am very happy here.

If you are moving to Port Hueneme or just want to get away from the city and live by the beach then I would highly recommend Seaview apartments. Being able to walk outside and see the beach is the highlight of our lives right now. Any time something does not work (which is rare ) the very friendly maintenance crew is on top of it right away. Our manager, Rose, has been our hero on more than one occasion. She is so sweet and has become a friend. She is very professional and is always doing something to make the property look beautiful. How is it so affordable?

as iv'e said before Rose and Michelle are the real deal!! They are quick and easy with the paperwork process and really try to get to know you and also let you know about themselves. The property is clean and quiet with great parking. The apartment are nice cleaned and up to date. I would 10 out of 10 recommend to any one i know!! Thank you both so much a great experience! Seaview apartments answered my prayers. Right around the corner from the beach, beautiful and well kept landscape, quiet neighbors/neighborhood, and it doesn't hurt that they have a pool AND jacuzzi. Basically a dream come true and huge shoutout to Rose for making everything easy and pleasant.

You won't find a better pair of property managers out there. Rose and Michelle are great at what they do!!! My girlfriend and I applied for a 3 bedroom and have had such a stressful time until we came here. Rose gave us a great and informational walk around, leaving us with no questions! Michelle dealt with all forms in a swift timely manner and wanted to also get to know us as well, to send a great background story to the owners! They are up front and tell you all the details and ask questions about yourself to get to know you better. This made us very comfortable

I've been living in PH for 3 years now. I lived in Surfside apartments, but I moved to Seaview Apartments about 8 months ago & I absolutely love it! It's still a quick walk to the beach.
Rose, the current manager, helped make the application process go smoothly for my roommates & I. There's a lot of parking in the street, along with one spot in a 4-car garage, & the parking lot inside. The street sweeper comes on Thurs & Fri, so it's easy to alternate street sides. As a woman, I've felt comfortable & safe walking around the complex & the neighborhood

SeaView Apartments are amazing!! After a long hunt myself & my husband came across these apartments! From the moment we stepped into the office we were treated as if we all ready lived in the complex the apartment manager Rose was beyond the most genuine & loving person I have ever met. The steps of process to get a approval was easy & stress free. Obviously as every new renter does we wanted to see the apartment about three times before we signed the lease, Rose did not hesitate to let us do so. We also worked with Michelle who was just as sweet and helpful & had a personality

I've been a resident at the Seaview apartments going on 9 Yrs. I've been late on my rent a few times. The management down graded to Rose being the manager and things are not the same without Jocelyn she was very understanding and cared for her tenants and gave Rose a job and now Rose is management and Jocelyn not here. I'm actually being evicted for paying my rent late. I would always talk highly about being here but now I'm sadden in how ugly things can get. Rose Mary be nice but be careful because she"s only nice to men.

This apartment complex is awesome. Rates are good for being so close to the beach. Management is better now that we have Rose. Rose is our new manager. She takes care of all the necessary duties. If I have a problem with anything Rose is on top of it. Love this place. I couldn't be happier. Nice clean place to live.

I lived at Seaview for 3 years and they never raised the rent!!! The property was well-cared for. The management was nice as well as efficient. They converted parking into garages. Being two blocks from the beach is a huge perk. I made a big mistake moving from there to Mosaic. I Regret the move every day.

This is highly improbable for me but not impossible. I've had to drop Seaview down to One STAR because you can't rate with no STARS.
The Management At Seaview has changed. They now have put (in charge) a fidgety old lady who knows nothing about managing anything. Her approach to Managing the Units is imperialistic.
The Home Office has directed her to raise the rents considerably before the new Law sets in, that will limit raising rents.
Need an apartment? Avoid Seaview.

I lived in the apartment for 3 years and the management was great at the time. The apt complex was well taken cared w/ weekly landscaping in place. The weather next to the beach is wonderful. Jocelyn is a wonderful manager and very pro-active. She takes care of issues addressed right away and she tried to accommodate you in any way to not be inconvenienced while she's getting the issues resolved. Although there are good things mentioned, there are major issues in this place: First, the plumbing in the apt is bad. My sink and BR are always clogged and the outlets are always falling apart.

My wife and I lived at the Seaview Apartments for over a year. We miss it very much as it was very nice and quiet. The mgmt staff were extremely friendly and professional. Great location by the beach and base.

Unlike the previous review, our experience was much different. The complex is older, but somewhat updated. There is granite in the kitchen and new, albeit very inexpensive, carpet. The proximity to the water and the relatively inexpensive rent are the only two positive attributes. During our year there we lived below an extremely loud tenant. So loud in fact, that we knew more about her personal life than a neighbor should and very often we were unable to enjoy out hammock in our back yard because of her noise. A backyard that we paid extra to have mind you. The apartment does not come with a refrigerator
