For a few months of living here, I very much appreciate how welcoming the staff are and going above and beyond in meeting my expectations. Going back to California from the east coast was not an easy process but thankful for their professional staffs, Reina and Jamie with their exceptional assistance with my day to day here and enjoying my temporary home as I go into the process of buying a house. I’m not into writing reviews but I hope this will help people with their decisions coming from my very own experience, really grateful for all the help that was provided to me.

I have lived here for 6 months and I truly enjoy my apartment. Reina and Maggie have been great and so attentive, they truly care about making sure everything is taken care off for us. Gym, courtyards and community lounge is so convenient and I love that it all new. I love how close it is to the pch and close to local beach. I recommend this property to anyone that wants a fabulous place to live.

My husband and I seriously hit the jackpot when we found this place! It's always so hard to find a new place to live in a great location and especially if you are moving to a new state! Reina and Maggie were so awesome during our moving process and were always so kind and patient with my multiple silly questions. We really enjoy the location as it's close enough to everything but a little secluded from the crazy California traffic. We love our bright and beautiful home!

Finding a place to live is a big deal, and the fact that this move was a simple and carefree process was awesome. The complex itself is sharp, impressive, clean and accommodating to any sort of tenant with a very personable vibe all around. My wife and I are beyond grateful that we found a perfect home. (Shout-out to Reina and Maggie for being super cool with everyone)

Coastal Village Apartments is a great, well organized complex. Reina and Maggie from the Leasing Office, are professional and outgoing. Carlos, the maintenance employee, is professional, friendly, and quick to assist. Moving in was a smooth transition, with great help from the staff. The staff and the way the complex is ran eases the potential stress/concerns of living in an apartment complex.

Maggie and Reina was super quick to accommodating our quick move. I’m in a 2 bedroom that has natural lighting and I have washer/dryer in my unit. The office staff was warming welcoming to my sis in laws newborn and left welcome home balloons at our door. I thought that was super sweet and so thoughtful.
