My family and I currently live in Hacienda Villas apartments in Ventura. Our experience here so far has been a positive one. Our manager Ana is always readily available and nice. I love that is a family oriented community and have develop trust with some of my neighbors. You get assigned parking spots which everyone respects.
The downside is there is mold in the bathroom (I've attempted to clean it many times) and now there's mold around the upstairs windows and they've yet to fix the problem. The dishwasher doesn't work efficiently which is one of the amenities listed. My

Please do not rent from this place. Although the company and management is good, the apartments are full of dangerous mold, and they will not give you your security deposit back. They charged us so much for cleaning and paint when we left this place. Out of our 500 dollar deposit, they gave us 16 dollars back, and we were very clean people. Also, I developed severe allergies living here. Please pay more to live somewhere else, or live somewhere else. They also raised the rent on us by 130 dollars. Don't do it folks.
