Like I've stated in other reviews. We've been going to the Castle for nearly 20 plus years there's actually 2 different buildings one with a elevator and one not. You're just feet away from the ocean and your in the quiet end of town the rooms are very clean and have all the amenities you would need. I missed staying here this year because they are not PET friendly. Even though they had a dog show just recently? The staff are wonderful. They have on site bar and restaurant with music. And HUGE pool out doors. Like I said I missed this because of our fur baby who travels with us always wasn't welcome

This place is designed to look like a castle on the exterior the rooms were moderate and very clean although there was some cosmetic blemishes such as the carpet in the hallway and notice some loose wallpaper in our room in a far corner we had a room on the beach side facing the ocean had awesome views place has a breakfast restaurant on the lower level buffet style all you can eat or a la carte food was good and it wait staff is very nice the courtyard have live music free practically everyday the pool was nice and clean the grounds look nice and clean I would rate this place six and a half to

The best place to stay in OCMD. Clean, friendly, great location. I stayed here when I was a kid, and now I have 2 kids of my own here. The location is great, awesome restaurant and beach service. If you have a kids, the kids activities (Lady Sunshine) are a hit for something to do. Well priced, very clean facility, huge pool, etc etc etc.

The pool is awesome! 10' with a diving board, everyone enjoyed! Wait staff Service at the pool and beach! Rooms clean, had everything we needed for an efficiently apartment. Even had dvd movies in lobby to borough. Bar had 2 bands a day everyday. Drinks excellent đź‘Śdefinitely a place for all ages.

Definitely recommend this hotel. I recommend only staying in the North Castle section. Waverly castle is way too small with a tiny refrigerator and room. The outside bar area is really good for entertainment. The food could improve and so could the menu but the cocktails are good. I would stay here again.

Perfect view, location & pool. Cleanliness was not a problem at all… beachfront bar was convenient.
However, I must strongly advise caution for those staying in the building closest to the pool, street & bar… the staircase on the northern end of that building is remarkably easy to slip on… and the steps are steep as an added bonus. As someone in their late 20s I had a hard time on those stairs. Bruised up pretty good but no broken bones… I just PRAY an older/physically weaker person doesn’t use said staircase… use the front one (no elevator that particular building)…
