We've just been here a month but so far he has been great. If we need something fixed, general maintenance no emergency yet, 🤞 we can send a text and one of the old guys will show up, fix what you need and the door that doesn't close right because he noticed it. Nice property, great price! Will update if needed.

I rented a property managed by CMC and Mike for over 3 years. In the course of our stay we had a garage door spring break, water faucet fail, hvac issue and dishwasher failure. (The property was 30 years old and an attempted flip by the property owner so there were shortcuts taken prior to CMC management.) On every occasion Mike was quick to respond and get one of his guys out to fix it, quickly and effectively. I never had any issues. My wife and I have had the pleasure of living in a house managed by CMC Inc. We are renting an old home and have had some trouble with the AC and heater over the last year. Our property manager, who is available any time by his personal cell phone, was able to send someone out to have this fixed within less than 24 hours. The people that have been sent out to work on our AC/heating have been extremely helpful and professional. Our property manager is a super nice guy and he's really easy to talk to. Overall we've had a great experience!

CMC helped me and my sons find a place that was reasonable. With Covid going on and my wife leaving us in January I struggled to find a place to move that can handle 3 teenage boys in my price range. Mike, the manager was very helpful and we could not be happier with our house.

I lived in meadowbrook mobile home park. He lost not one, but seven rent payments. I called the actual owner of the property to get that sorted out. Mike said they would take care of the lawns, but never did. They were also supposed to maintain a field by the park. Not once was it mowed and it began to harbor flees that my dogs began getting every month or so. There were also drug addicts that he hired to do random jobs thatwould break into vacant homes and squat in. After someone tried popping the locks on my front door, i decided to move out. Mike had the audacity to say i was trying to scam

This is a One star review due to the ongoing battle me and my roommate are having trying to get a receipt/invoice for a plumber that they sent out to fix a leak. The receipt is needed to get reimbursed or at least credited by the water company. This problem happened in February and it took them a month to get a plumber out there. As of June, my water got turned off because CMC/REIP refuse to acknowledge my countless requests to get some sort of documentation in regard to the leak. Me and my roommate have tried multiple times to get some sort of documentation and all we get back is either an empty

One star because I had to in order to share my experience. Mike had promised that if I paid the application fees he would approve me for the rental he showed me. I got approved after a week of back and forth texts, empty promises and for a totally different house. He promised to give me the rental I toured and within 30 min he retracted and stated he was giving it to another applicant and he would refund the application fees of 90$ well it's been almost 3 weeks and Mike will not return my texts nor has the money been credited back to my bank account. Do Not Believe this company!
