I could not have had a better experience picking out/designing my wedding bands. I did not have a concrete idea of what I wanted when I initially started looking, but I had a general idea of the look I was going for. Can't say enough good things about this place! Samantha helped my fiancé pick out my ring for weeks! He ended up creating a custom design with her help. We went in with photos of ideas for our wedding bands and she helped us create the perfect set with custom engravings! Sam kept us in the loop throughout the entire process with regular emails and updates! Couldn't be happier!
All the employees here are great, very nice and friendly to all - not uptight, stuffy, or pushy like numerous other places in the area! They even let me bring my dog in when I came to have my ring cleaned one

This review is long overdue. My fiancé and I ventured upon this place when looking for a jewelry designer. We decided to create our own rings and couldn't be happier. Sam is amazing and made the process stress-free. She never hounded us before we decided on Mon Ami and provided excellent follow-up once we both agreed Mon Ami was the best choice. Mind you, I left the design in his hands because I decided to volunteer in South America for 6 months.
Overall, I receive endless compliments on my ring and will be forever thankful for this place!

Very friendly staff who does not pressure you to buy. When searching for an engagement ring I went to every single place on Jewelers Row and wound up purchasing it from Mon Ami and both me and my fiance' are VERY happy with that decision.
Michael and the rest of the staff were just great to work with. They wound up finding a diamond which was exactly what I was looking for and were willing to negotiate on the price.
We have since come back to buy the wedding band and I will be sure to check with Mon Ami for any future jewelry purchases.

Absolutely love our bridal set! My fiance worked with Anand and his team helped create a custom set from scratch and were very patient throughout the whole process. The engagement ring was stolen only 4 weeks before our wedding but with the help of Michael and Anand we were able to get a replacement ring just in time for the festivities to begin! I was amazed at how easy they made the process, specially in such a stressful situation. We got an excellent price on both rings and sending the ring back for sizing and cleaning has been flawless.

After my initial hand-drawn design didn't look like what I'd hoped in the 3D rendering Mon Ami prepared, I drastically changed the design and they went with it. It looked even better in real life than I pictured it in my head.

Many other shops only cared about the cost of the diamond and were not teaching me anything about what to look for (this is the first time I ever bought an expensive piece of jewelry, let alone a diamond).

My husband bought my engagement ring here and I love it. The quality of the diamonds they use is what makes the difference. I always get compliments on how my ring sparkles. The ring is a Venetti design.
I am giving a 4 instead of a 5 because they slightly botched the replacement of a band diamond that had fallen out. They did all the work for free and in a timely fashion, just the metal work around where the diamond sits is scratched and does not match the other side exactly. My husband says you can hardly see it and no one would ever notice except me. But being the girl I am, it bothers
