They came to my building (4126 Southwest Frwy) today as a popup for Fooda and I was really excited to see that they were still here, since they were supposed to shut down at 1:00. I came down at around 1:55 and ordered a Santa Fe chicken wrap with no tomatoes. At 2:35 I finally get a chance to eat my wrap and two bites in, I have no bacon and a pound of tomatoes. For the average person, this might be a mild irritation, however I'm HIGHLY allergic to tomatoes, so I'm sitting here typing this review while scratching all over, with a numb tongue and a pain in my thigh where I've just

It's weird that Great Wraps calls themselves Great Wraps Catering Service. I'm sure they offer catering but this is their regular location inside the Galleria food court. Just wanted to put that our there in case there's any confusion. I stopped by for dinner on a Sunday evening since I had a cash back deal.

I ordered a buffalo wrap with no tomato. as the girl was making it, i saw her put tomato on it. i mentioned that i didn't want tomato so she scraped it off. i said "no. i'm allergic to tomato. you'll have to make me a new wrap"
she proceeded to talk about me to her employee in spanish. apparently, she didn't know i knew spanish and i let her know that i understood her native tongue. she was embarrassed and went to the back. someone else made my wrap.
when i went to sit down and eat it 2 minutes later, it was unedible. it was so greasy it went through the foil paper

Poor workers, even the free sample worker only gave out one small sample per "couple" not per individual. What would a couple do not being able to try a sample before making a purchase here. While discussing with the manager regarding the issue, his employee would talk back and smirk. I don't understand the level of business and management that is run by business. I don't recommend people to come, reason why this business already only have 3 stars before my comment. I would recommend trying Charlie's across from them. Not only service but superior sandwiches

I visited Great Wraps around 11am this morning because I was in the mood for a Gyro which they showed on their signs. Now I was a little disappointed that it wasn't cut off fresh like a proper gyro place, but nevertheless tasted good. Their chicken strips were also nice as was their smoothies.
The staff were all very friendly, and changed exactly what they should without trying to upsell me as others have experienced.

They try to scam you.
I didn't know mall food places even bothered trying to scam people. I tried ordering a small philly cheese steak for myself but the guy claimed they no longer had any small breads. I didn't want to spend an extra 3$ on something I wasn't going to eat so I said never-mind and started walking away. & to my surprise, the guy was like "wait, we do have small breads right now" and proceeded to make my order with an attitude. I should had turned away at this point and walk the 30 steps over to Charley's Philly Steaks, but he was already making

This place is amazing, they provided so many samples and the workers were very friendly. I ordered the chicken chipotle wrap on a spinach roll, with all the veggies and it was delicious. All of the vegetable were fresh and the wrap was made to perfection. If you are ever at the galleria, you definitely need to come here for lunch. They have a variety of different sandwiches, and if you don't like anything on the menu, they give you the option to create your own. I love this place and it was one of the best wraps I've ever eaten.

The workers who make the sandwiches are friendly and pay attention to what you want. They were more aware of their surroundings despite doing more work than the dumb cashier. The cashier was clueless.

While I usually relegate myself to fresco bean burritos from Taco Bell when it comes to Galleria food court eating, this particular food stand caught my attention with its one vegan-friendly option. Great Wraps is kind of Subway and Chipotle-like in protocol, if that means anything to you.
