BOH Event Rentals offers quality rentals of equipment for cooking, warming & holding, tables, linens, event draping, tenting and much more. BOH stands for Back Of House, which is a common term for food service personnel. Melange Events has been in business for over 30 years building an extraordinary inventory of equipment and decor pieces for our own events.

They are the best caterer I’ve worked with. Everyone at the luncheon thought it was the finest food we’ve ever served in the many years of holding this luncheon meeting. Chris and Jose were very professional and helpful. I’ve attended other events Melange catered. All had excellent food and service.

Melange Catering did a fantastic job catering my friend's wedding! Claire was so great to work with, helped change the proposal multiple times as their ideas changed, and walked them through the tasting. The service the day of was incredible! So accommodating and friendly! I would highly recommend for any event you need catered!

Melange catered our wedding, and they were fantastic. The staff was organized, timely, and professional throughout the cocktail hour and reception. The food was delicious - our vegan, vegetarian, omnivorous, and carnivorous guests equally loved the buffet options and could not stop raving that “this is the best wedding food we’ve ever had!”

Used Melange for the first time on Wednesday for a work breakfast. Let me tell YOU how awesome it was. I worked with Megan Johnson who was so accommodating & sweet. I was very nervous about having the food delivered on time, but Megan & her catering buddy Chris Hogan showed up an hour early! And we're in the best mood which was surprising since it was an 8 am breakfast! The attention to detail was phenomenal. Breakfast came w notecards and accented flowers. The food was plated beautifully & yummy! The office staff couldn't stop commenting on how nice the setup & presentation

At our HMNS wedding years ago, servers did not serve the champagne in time for guests to raise glasses during toast, they kept on bringing out food and drinks as toasts were going on and they WALKED IN FRONT of everybody during toasts instead of behind their kitchen privacy curtain. Our paid for and promised leftovers were also given away to a guest and not to us.

Upon booking, you already have a ton of restrictions. but basically it boils down to service. The wait staff does not speak English, so communicating needs was difficult. Everyone basically just stopped asking for anything. The bartenders were preoccupied on their phones for most of the evening, and barely acknowledged customers. They even ran out of 2/3rds of their spirits halfway through the evening; didn't bother to replenish. Food was subpar, microwaved. Harold set up an event for us not soon to be forgotten! Harold helped me tailor a menu so perfectly tailored to the Birthday girl it was amazing, the food was exciting, unique and most of all delicious. The staff was courteous and warm to all of our guests, they kept the small space tidy, and the food never seemed to diminish! I have had many guests beg for recipes for many of the items served, quoting it was it was the best they had ever had. At the end of the day if you want a fabulous event that people won't soon forget, Melange is your one stop shop! I will be a repeat customer for years

As Melange Catering is the only used bar provider for Magnolia Ballroom, we were forced to use them for our event there. We chose to not use them for catering our event as they were unwilling to work with us in presenting our special occasion. We even went to their tasting at the venue, and they offered thin, dry chicken, carrots and green beans (not even to Luby's standards).
