The caterers were so professional. Our lead caterer, Casey LeBlanc, was so involved in all areas of my daughter's event. She had the food ordered from another place and he realized that the time that had been scheduled was late,so he called the facility and had the time of delivery moved up. He handled all of the details flawlessly which allowed both families to enjoy that early portion of the day prior to the event.

While doing my research for a catering company for my event, I stumbled upon A La Carte. After calling multiple places, I was most drawn to this one. Laura was instantly easy to talk to, paid attention to detail and just genuinely cared about my wants. She even said if I didn’t book with her, that she can still help me with finding other vendors and that just showed how much she cared. I of course booked with A La Carte and I’m so happy I did. From start to finish they were super helpful and made sure I was happy with everything. If you’re concerned about cost/budget, aesthetics, decor etc

I have enjoyed the services of Al a Carte catering numerous times due to the creative and delicious preparations. All of their staff are well trained and very polite.

Laura and her team provided excellent service and delicious food that exceed all of our expectations for our corporate Christmas Party! Her menu and recommendations were exactly what we were looking. She helped us with our budget and recommendations on serving for the buffet-style service. Everything was well-seasoned and accommodating for all types of palates. Laura is well-versed on all aspects of hosting and should be a go-to for your next event! We absolutely will hire her team again and highly recommend A La Carte for corporate and private events!

A la Carte was one of two food vendors that went with the all inclusive package at my venue. I did not choose them as my vendor due to the horrible experience I had with the tasting. My venue contact really hyped them up and hyped up the tasting experience to be a fun one. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. The free tasting included two entrees and two sides. Since I’m a vegetarian, I asked if we could try more entrees to have a vegetarian and non vegetarian option. A la Carte agreed, but said it would be $100 to try 5 entrees and 4 sides. Great to work with Laura and A La Carte. I was seeking someone to provide desserts for my wedding and let me tell you, a lot of other bakers will charge you a hand and foot.
I reached out to Laura requesting a list of desserts, and Laura replied back asking me "What are your favorite desserts, and what is the groom's favorite desserts" And after telling her, she created a list that represented US. That was truly thoughtful of her. She of course was respectful and asked if I wanted my original list I had thought about, but the desserts she had thought about were so unique, sounded much more delicious

We used A La Carte as our caterer and equipment vendor for a wine tasting we hosted in Houston, and I am so glad we did! Laura was able to provide all the linens, glassware, and other miscellaneous equipment that we needed at a very reasonable price compared to other vendors in the area. On top of that she goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need! The day of our event we ran into a lot of last-minute changes that Laura was able to accommodate quickly and calmly. Her staff were all very professional and provided excellent customer service. I needed to plan a wedding and dinner reception for 60-80 people in six weeks! I wasn't sure it could be all that I imagined with the time crunch until I met Laura from A la Carte!
