Meet Executive Chef & Principal of Wolfe & Wine Co. Houston, Daniel Wolfe. As a hands-on owner & chef in Houston, Daniel personally oversees every occasion booked with Wolfe & Wine Co. Daniel grew up in the suburbs of Houston & moved into the city while enrolled as a student at the University of Houston.
While in school, he studied at the Conrad N. Hilton College, one of the world's leading Houston Hospitality Management programs. Throughout his college career, Daniel worked for some of the city's most well-respected catering & event companies. After working for a few companies post-graduation, Daniel formed Wolfe & Wine Co in the Spring of 2018.

After further discussion with my family and guests from our wedding, while I wasn’t there, Chef Daniel was not professional. There were things that I paid for in our contract that the chef did not bring to the wedding. Such as food items, wine glasses, cake cutting set, etc. Why charge me for things in the first place? Towards the end Daniel had a rude demeanor, spilling drinks over things on the tables where guests were still eating and picking up the linens throwing things around. Will not be working with Daniel in future events.

I could not recommend Daniel enough!! The second we hired him, we felt at ease. His experience truly showed as he made sure every "t" was crossed and "i" was dotted. The food was amazing and we got soooo many compliments on it. Every request or question we threw at Daniel, he was able to fulfill and answer. If you are looking for amazing food and someone who will make sure your wedding day is perfect -- look no further!

We decided to go with Wolfe & Wine Co for our wedding as a last minute decision. It was the best decision we made. The food was exceptionally delicious and every single guest at our wedding complimented it. I tackled planning the wedding on my own and Daniel made the whole process very easy. He responded quickly to any question I had with professionalism and great knowledge of his industry. We were so blown away with how great it was, that we went to his restaurant (City Cellars) for seconds the day after our wedding! I don't know how Daniel does it. He's definitely a "Wolfe" in sheeps clothing. Why? Because he's a Beast! He has provided my husband and me with a great buffet of ceasar salads, garlic knots, crispy tender chicken parms, and a lasagna made from his own personal recipe! Everything was exceptional. This was for a party of 120 guests. We came back the next day to his restaurant for seconds...the Beast was there! Working as hard as he has been since we met him only a couple of weeks prior. Daniel really is a hard working man and we wish him the best. We cannot thank him and his staff enough.

We hired Daniel to cater our daughters wedding at Jennings’s Trace on October 23rd, 2021. Daniel immediately put us at ease with his attitude of ‘I don’t want you to worry about anything!’…and we didn’t. Daniel handled every detail with ease and a smile.
