John sent me a contract for a condo inspection in the morning, and he had the report in my inbox by the afternoon. Talk about responsive! I was equally impressed with his professionalism and the quality and thoroughness of the inspection report (including color pictures).
John also includes a great feature which notifies you of any recalls that may have occurred on the appliances that you are purchasing . This feature is called RecallChek and it actually identified an outstanding recall in one of my soon to be purchased appliances. A nice bonus!

This is the second time I have used Mr. Pate to inspect a Condominium property. Both times he provided reports with suggestions and “repair/replace items.” Each page has pictures and thorough descriptions. He even used his drone to take photos of the chimney on the roof. He indeed inspects the property from top to bottom and recommends that people give me quotes for repair (plumbers, electricians, etc. Thank you for everything. You are a lifesaver!

Stephen from Top To Bottom Home Inspection did an amazing and very thorough job on our home inspection. The report was very detailed and included pictures of the issues. Purchasing a house in a different state and not actually being able to review the issue in person was not an issue here because of the detailed report.

Top to Bottom came highly recommended by several people. When I called, Steve (the inspector) answered the call right away and fully explained how scheduling, the inspection, and invoice/payment would work. He scheduled an inspection on our agreed date and time. John made doing the paperwork a breeze. The day of the inspection, Steve was prompt, friendly, and professional. The full inspection was timely and very thorough. I recieved the full inspection and invoice maybe an hour after we left the inspection. The price was extremely fair for the size of the condo and this level of service. Can't

John was our inspector who spent many hours going over our potential property. John is amazing!! Professional, thorough, kind and a great communicator. It was a sweltering day and yet he made sure to check in the attic spaces for any issues . He also performed the sewer scope and discovered an issue which we are addressing. He pointed out many items which we were glad to know of so we could address these once we were the proud owners of our new home.
