My name is Bryan Kier, and I am a licensed and certified home inspector in Myrtle Beach, SC. Finding the right inspector for can be difficult, here are some questions you should ask before you make your decision. What reporting method do they use? We received their letter and business card in the mail and went online right away and scheduled an inspection. The website was very easy to use and navigate. We had to cancel our appointment an hour before due to a work emergency and Jason and his brother were understanding. They stayed in contact and we rescheduled for the next week. Jason arrived on time and was thorough with his inspection. He went over the report with me and answered any questions I had. I would definitely use them again!

Jason did a great job inspecting our new home. He was right on time and delivered a thorough report, including getting on the roof to look for shingle and flashing issues and going into in the attic to inspect for leaks, among many other areas. He provided a thorough report and took the time to explain and walk us through each section. The fair price for the inspection will be more than paid for by the repairs the home builder will now perform at their expense, rather than mine, which I never would have caught without this inspection. I highly recommend Jason at Superior!

Jason is an awesome inspector.He recently done 11 months warranty inspection for our house. Booked the slot via online portal and he was on time on the day of the inspection without any last minute surprise. Superior Inspections was recommended by a family member who said that they were extremely satisfied with their home inspection. We found their recommendation to be very true.
