Outstanding service! I called on a Thursday, and they had me on the schedule the next day. Mr Dawson showed up early, and right off the back his professionalism eased our concerns. He took the time to explain everything in great detail to both my wife and I. Before he left we were both very comfortable knowing our house was mold free. If you have mold concerns like we did then LAB Home Inspections is who you want to call.

Darren was on time and completed a very thorough and detailed home inspection. The online format in which he delivers his documents was very user friendly and easy to navigate to view the different sections, and any corresponding comments. On a recommendation from our realtor we hired LAB Home Inspections to perform a PPI on a fixer-upper home that we ended up buying and renovating. Our closing timeframe was only two weeks, but Lab was able to accommodate this and we had our inspection report within a few days of making the initial call. Darren Dawson was our inspector, and based upon our own findings while doing the renovation work his inspection report was detailed and accurate. I'd highly recommend LAB!
