Working with G&M was an A+ experience. Natasha & Bill (and other crew) were truly great. They were so accommodating to all of my last minute changes and extremely hard working. The food was great for my construction - worker type crew as well as for myself who likes to eat a bit healthier while on the road. They provided an array of different items, my crews' favorite was the BBQ brisket & mac and cheese lunch. Payment was easy and Natasha was always easy to get a hold of. Thanks G&M for making WIPEOUTRUN so tasty :)

Attended Country Living Fair in Austin where G M catered lunches in restaurant type settings.Only onecashier who was clearly overwhelmed. Ridiculous long wait, over an hour before we ordered to go. Microwaved grill cheese sandwich!! Customers were angry, tired, and more left than could wait. Lousy! Lousy! Next time, pack a lunch.

Went to a government holiday party that was fun but the food was just awful.
I did not say much because I taught that this agency was trying to save money and do it themselves. Found out later in the evening that G&M Catering was responsible and had done a good job in previous years but all agreed that this year was a big failure!
Problems:
1. Food was cold
2. The meat (Brisket/Roast Beef?) was so tough that it broke many of the plastic knives
3. The G&M staff smelled bad and looked nasty
I did not expect a fancy spread but this catered meal was a disaster!
