Terrible! There is black mold in the building. We had mushrooms growing out of our wall and management didn’t think it was that big of a deal. Numerous calls to 311 with no action. For your health opt to live somewhere else.

I wish I can give out negative stars. Worst management ever!
Moved out from one of their apartments from May, and it is July now. They promised they will return my security deposit by mailing to my new address. Waited for two months, received NOTHING! I kept emailing ANTONIA MORALES, she kept saying she will get back to me. Of course and no surprise she never get back to me.
I am about to find the CEO or higher manager on LinkedIn and talk to them because that reflects they hire some wrong employees who are not responsible, not professional.

The lady lied on my apartment application, adding additional income, too reject me, and stated I was a full time student which I was not enrolled in a school at the time, and you only gave 2 days to dispute the rejection.

If I could give negative stars I would . Firstly the application process was a nightmare . The guy didn’t know his left from his right . The staff almost never responds and is extremely rude and ghetto when they do. I can go on and on about how they don’t have exterminators come and the management has allowed new residents turn the building to Trash but I wouldn’t have enough time nor strength to not get disgusted . Not to mention the management not opening the parking garage to residents but randomly new residents now having a parking space.

Been here about a year and a half. All of my issues have been paperwork related to the main office...
Maybe this is due to COVID but I was mailed my lease renewal with a bunch of other forms i had no idea about. I attempted to contact them and inquire about the forms that they wanted signatures on but no one returned my calls. I mailed back the lease renewal only because i don't like signing blank documents or forms i don't understand.
Months later, i'm receiving threatening paper notices in all caps that read: "THIS IS THE LAST ATTEMPT TO TRY AND COLLECT YOUR 2020 RECERTIFICATION. I HAVE NO

I live in one of the building C&C took over. All I can say is if you don't befriend somebody that work there or the manager of your building, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. If you need to upgrade your apartment it will never happen. If you need repairs it won't happen. Don't even bother calling the office they're no help either. I've reached out to 4 lead people in that office and they all stop responding or never answered. Yet if you're late on rent they're ready to evict you with the quickness. Take this as a warning if you apply to C&C and the offer you an apartment at 510/520 east 156th street. DO NOT

This place is very unprofessional when it comes to responding to a applicant they send you to a voicemail that you can leave a message but they don't call you back let alone you print and send an application to them in the mail with all your personal information and no one gets back to you!! makes you feel like identity theft..then you call and everytime you call no one is never available to answer your questions. I've been a tenant under this management for over 5 years. Aside from not adequately addressing issues, their maintenance staff lacks the proper training and tools to clean common areas of the buildings properly. The hallway of my building has never been properly cleaned. Not even now in the mist of a health concern do they clean the building sufficiently. The porters mop the floors without sweeping, leaving behind debris and stains. There is blood on the inside of the building that's been there since December 2019. I am currently a resident at 49 N Broadway Yonkers, New York. Our residency is managed by your company C&C Management. Ever since I moved to 49 N Broadway on October of 2017, I've had issues all season long with the centralized heater and air conditioner and also with the fire alarm as well. I've emailed and reported this issue to the manager. She contacted a technicians about twice now but the issue has not been resolved.
