My first impressions upon arriving at Benson Estate Apartments was that it looks very clean. Everything seems well maintained. Jessica has been my main point of contact and she is great. She made the process of moving into an apartment, from another state, quite a bit easier than I expected. She's been nothing but friendly, kind, responsive, and very helpful. So far, this place feels like home!

My boyfriend just moved out for work purposes but I feel like it should be noted that during this past year they helped him out so much by being patient with us during a pandemic. I feel like that’s all you can ask for right? I wish the pool was open more but other than that I’m grateful for the experience they gave us.

Don't fall for the 24/7 maintenance call service. It's a cell phone voice mail and you don't get a call back. They inspected the HVAC systems less than a month ago and mine began to fail over the weekend. I submitted a maintenance request this morning. I left work early to make sure the request would be fulfilled. I was informed the technician would be at my apartment in 30 minutes. It's 9 PM and I'm still waiting for the emergency technician who I had to call after waiting for several hours. I will have to address this with the Fort Gordon staff judge advocate.

They charged me 372 dollars for cleaning fees and painting. Their excuse for charging me was that they needed to repaint the apartment due to darken wall paint from smoking. I was living in the apartment for only 20 months. They also charged me 22 dollars for cleaning totally to high of a charge, because I left the apartment spotless

It’s an okay place to live for the price. I never had any bug or pest issues. However, their “24 hr maintenance” is a scam. No one picks up the number and the voicemail box is full. My AC broke almost consistently. Not acceptable in Georgia on the third floor. They don’t clean the hallways often. The trash is always overflowed. Also they have police offers that live in the buildings. The one in my building harassed me and my husband during our last month there. If I could give this place 0 starts I would! First off Breanna, told me that my agreement would be $865 on my welcome letter. Upon moving, they (SHE) changed my leasing aggrement to $885 without even telling me! And “nothing” can be done about the “misunderstanding”. I would rather be homeless to ever stay here! And you can forget about them ever fixing anything! Horrible business. BEWARE and give your business else where! Noisy neighbors? Better get used to it because nothing will be done.
Payment issues? Good luck, hope you have savings.
When you move out be prepared for a big hit of cash a few months later because they will get you for it.
The facilities do what they are set out to do. Not bad for an emergency place to live, otherwise leave it.
Oh and get a gun. Did I mention there was a police raid? Because there was a police raid. Not that was the fault of the establishment or anything, it just goes to who you'll be living with.

I lived there for two years. The maintenance service was poor and 5 months after I left I got a call from a debt collector saying that I needed to PAY 2000 DOLLARS on damages that I wasn't aware of. They didnt even do an inspection with me present to show me what was broken or call me or anything. The worst part is that I had to pay it because if not it was gonna affect my credit. DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE. Its not worth it.

Always though price was too good to be true and I was right while there all sort of weird events happen, a guy in front of my apartment pointing a flashlight at my windows. Weird car people interactions (if you know what I mean) right in front of my apartment. Packages delivered and called multiple time and they never had them, until I walk over there and showed they sign for it, all of a sudden they found them like magic. We went to look at this property and all I can find Is that this is a new build so the green places have not settled yet. The rooms are very nice and they have a large gym with hand weights. It is close to base which is a plus for me. I see potential in this property being a wonderful place to live. I will be calling to see if they will have an apartment ready when I need to move this year.
