Great experience in our 11 months here. Move out was so easy. We replaced our broken blinds and weren’t charged for anything. We were paid our remaining BAH thru direct deposit in less than 2 weeks from moving out. While living here we had no issues. We lived in newer homes and didn’t have many problems. Any work orders we made were quickly fixed. Staff at the office were always nice whenever we did have interactions. There were a few times the office was hard to contact via phone, but no big deal because I would always call back and someone would answer.

I cannot speak on the quality of the homes available from housing. However I can speak to my experience with their administrative services. One of the biggest issues I had with this facility was the inability to reach anyone on the numbers made available. Additionally when I inquired about my status on the waitlist, the staff member who engaged me via email didn’t attempt to provide me with a waitlist status. The same staff member informed me that she would pass along my information. After the previously mentioned response, housing made no further attempt to contact me. Due to the lack of communication

Always so helpful,kind and patient move in and move out went great we even had to transfer houses at one point and they made it the smoothest transition ever..some of the houses are old and need lots of work orders but that's not their fault! All of my work orders were handled properly and done on time!! And My children absolutely love all of the snacks,events and overall community engagement!!!

I am a tenant here and I am constantly having problems with this housing. I am currently being told I am to stay home and I can’t leave post because they fail to submit the paperwork for me to get my pass to come home on post and if I leave post I cannot come home because fort Gordon DES AND MP’s told me because I live on post I do not qualify for a temporary pass. And to make matters worse Ms. Susan C from Balfour Beatty told myself and the housing (government) at darling hall that she sent out a reminder email to ALL tenants that are CIV so they can get their pass renewed but NEVERRRR HAVE

Never even had the opportunity to apply. I filled out the online inquiry, sent numerous emails, called dozens of times and left quite a few massages. Not once did anyone get back to me. After a month, finally someone decided to pick up the phone and could barely explain the process to me or how to actually get the application for me to submit. I just gave up, not worth the time

This place is great. The staff is friendly and super helpful. During our lease signing the staff been over backwards to get us moved in early so we could household goods delivered on the same day instead of going into storage for 20 days. They didn't have to do this but they understood that not having your household goods for that long is no fun. Of all of the on post housing companies I've used over the years this is by far the best.

Honestly not sure where all these bad reviews came from. We've had a great experience. Sure, the homes are old but in decent shape and the maintenence team hear is super great! They're always prompt and even check the smoke detectors and oven fire stops each time they come.
My only complaint would be that the house wasn't super clean when I moved in. Kind of disappointed there, but overall happy with the service.
