The place is great. The area is nice, the location is convenient, and they have the best maintenance I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately the walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbors you’ll probably be able to hear every word of their conversation. They also have a curtesy officer for problems but mine is never resolved. I only recommend living here if you know your neighbors.

Lived here for over two years. Love it here! Alot of parking spaces and quiet. The maintenance are friendly and does their work same day I requested it. Holly the assistant manager is always helpful and always answers my questions. It’s also a plus for military families like ours. 10-15 mins to Fort Gordon.

We live in a two bedroom 1st floor unit here with our two little children. We absolutely love it here.
The office staffs are so very friendly and the maintenance crew are always prompt, kind, and so helpful. The complex is always kept clean and the environment is welcoming to the residents. And the complex is very quiet even though it is built right next to the busy highway. Parking space is never a problem and we are very thankful for our friendly, quiet neighbors.
We did have some bad experience with noise issue at first: When we first moved in, our upstairs neighbors were very loud and waking
