Do yourself a favor, don’t live here. The property manager is very unprofessional. The place is constantly covered in trash. If you forget to lock your car one time, you can count on it getting ransacked. Anybody can easily come & go. They leave the door to the gate open at all times for school children, but they can at least lock it at night. The pool was closed the entire time I lived there and rent remained the same. Meanwhile, my new apartment’s pool has been open for months. You can find much better quality of living for the money than this dump.

Walls are extremely thin , I love on the 2nd floor and I can hear neighbors from every angle. They are very slow about repairs, there is only one maintenance man. No 24hr emergency maintenance, and they fix things when they feel like it

An actual cheap place to live. Location lets you be able to walk anywhere. The employees are professional and tolerant. 5/5
Only downside are certain neighbors.

It is what it is, yeah the walls are thin. I just keep good relations with the neighbors and we all understand that there has to be a time to cool out. They've built a pool that's now ready for spring and summer 2018!! Workout center should be ready soon. My only gripe is that they would crack down on the smoking in the stairwells, cleaning the debris, and people keep only outdoor furniture on the balconies not grills (fire hazards), sofas, beds, and other miscellaneous stuff to junk it up.

The apartment itself is beautiful . All new appliances are a plus in my book , however maintenance has been a real issue from the beginning. Boyfriend and I have requested a few things to be fixed but we're constantly being told maintenance guy is either on vacation or we get an email stating the issue has been fixed(still trying to fix them as I type this review). Mind you its been over 4 weeks and counting . We were hoping to fall in love with the place but its poorly built. you can hear your neighbors through the thin walls and minor things with the balcony door where you can feel air going

The apartment appear nice but once you get down and look or listen you realize that many corner wear cut. The plumber was done so badly that less then 2 months after move in, into what we were told was an apartment no had ever lived in, there was water damage and mold in the master bathroom. I can hear my neighbors all the time, if a child cries, someone is talking I can hear it through the walls, floors or ceilings. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
