Absolute Care is a service providing agency that emerged as a result of a long term State of Maryland and Montgomery County Health and Human Services Case Manager, who saw the need for healthcare professionals "with big hearts" and at the same time providing high quality services to our seniors, the sick, disabled adults and children in the comfort of their homes.
Working with your doctor, our qualified staff will plan, coordinate, and provide customized care plan for you to meet your needs. This "Plan or Care" will outline a plan of action to meet the goals or expected outcome for you. This plan of care will be re-evaluated every 45 days for stable patients and every 14 days for unstable patients by agency director of nursing or any of the agency Skilled Nurse familiar with the patient.
