Location isn't everything! The only positive that came from spending a damp night on a much too soft, broken down mattress in this run down seasonal unit #127 with no insulation and a lousy cover up job with peel and stick flooring and tile, cabinet doors falling of their hinges and a bathroom door that didn't close was cancelling our stay and finding a much better place to spend our vacation. Did I mention the toilet wasn't secure to the floor and there are no outlets in the bathroom and the couch was very uncomfortable? NOTE: The staff were very helpful and understanding.
