Ogunquit & Moody Beach We are about a 3/4 mile walk (2 minute car ride) to the gorgeous Moody/Ogunquit Beach. The Main Ogunquit Beach, Footbridge Beach and Moody Beach are each sections of the 2 mile stretch of "The Ogunquit Beach". The Town of Ogunquit charges for parking during the day, however there is no charge after 5:00 at the Moody & Footbridge Beach Parking Lots.
This vacation cottage is east of Rte 1; 3/4 mile to Wells Beach and 1.5 miles to Ogunquit Beach. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for one floor living! The spacious interior includes a washer and dryer, central air conditioning/heat, 50 flat screen TV's with built in DVD players, gas BBQ grill on a private deck with new deck furniture.
Our Premium rooms! Deluxe Studios include upscale furniture, 40 LED/LCD TV & DVD Player and Plush Pillow Top Bedding over the Upgraded Studios. All rooms include Grab n Go breakfast. All Suites and Studios include Grab'n'Go Breakfast, full pool and playground access, use of gas BBQ grills and all available kitchen and dining supplies.

As an outsider, this motel was a pleasant surprise for the price - even if it was the very end of the season. Owner was welcoming and polite.
- The beds felt comfy like you would find at a typical good two to three star tier quality.
- Zero issues with the bathroom with small extras you would expect. The shower ran hot and well as well
- They even had a toaster which I found amusing.
- Breakfast, while not over the top, had plenty of selections to choose from for even the pickiest eaters. Muffins, yogurts, cereals, ready-made breakfast burritos, fruit, juices, milk, etc

Very nice place. Very clean! The staff was very attentive and informative. Great location with easy access to Moody Beach. The breakfast was delicious and made fresh! The office smells so good in the evenings as they bake pastries for breakfast the next morning. There’s a great little laundromat around the corner behind the gas station with the Dunkin Doughnuts. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will come again.

We try different motels when we go to the Wells/York area in search of the place we will call our home away from home. Well, I think we found it! Super clean room, comfy bed, good shower, pristine pool and a great breakfast!
We got to Wells on Labor day and found that only one breakfast place was open and it had a huge line so we skipped breakfast. We knew the place had breakfast but assumed it was bagels or muffins with coffee or tea which would have been fine, except I've been cutting refined carbs and usually would have and omelet and fruit. So I went to the office just to grab a coffee

This establishment goes above and beyond for their guest. Excellent customer service. The rooms are extremely clean and well stocked. The pool is very clean and plenty of lounge chairs it even has tables for shade if you prefer. The breakfast was excellent also with a variety of items to choose from. I recommend this place 100%

We stayed at the wells ogunquit resort motel for 3 nights. The location is central to many restaurants and beaches. Our favorite beach Footbridge is less than a 5 min drive. The price was very reasonable. Our room had two double beds and a decent sized bathroom with a tub. The room was very clean and modern. I loved that there was a fridge/microwave/coffee maker and toaster in our room which is very convenient when traveling with young kids. The pool area was large enough that it never felt crowded. Plenty of space outside to relax as well. The playground was an added bonus. Overall i would recommend

Visited this motel/cottage for the first time last night and let me tell you what an absolute gem! All of the staff were amazing, so kind, and very welcoming. The room was super cute and very clean. The grounds were beautifully manicured with lovely flowers and shrubs. The outdoor swimming pool was also very clean. They offer bbq grills, utensils, dishes glasses, most everything you need if you want to cook. “They even wash your dishes when you’re done eating”!
This place reminds me of a cute bed-and-breakfast. Which by the way they do offer breakfast!

Just checked in and so far it has been great! I booked through booking.com and got a great price for the weekend! The photos are true and up to date, lots of movie choices to choose from, they supply dishes and what not utensils etc if you want to cook on site - I feel like I'm in a scene from Schits Creek! Perfectly located- clean and sanitized even the remote controls are wrapped in plastic upon arrival - behind the tree in the photo I posted is a cute common area!

Stayed here a few years back. It's clear that the owner/mgmt takes great pride in this property. Was looking up the info and considering staying again as the place is a nice compromise between comfort and price (i.e. a reasonable value) at least in the off season. I imagine it's still decent in the Summer but being from Mass I try and avoid the area in the high season because it's crowded and somewhat expensive everywhere. Anyway, if I was considering Southern Maine this is where I would start my search. PS-Great Thai place very close by.
