I do not recommend this place if you not fluent speak English, Zelasko manager are not nice person, take 94.82$ for diagnostic and can’t tell what’s happened with your car, ask more about 500$ for tell cause of failure. And don’t even try to explain why.
I understand that 94,82$ is approximately diagnostic, but mechanics and management can’t tell you literally nothing, how much repair will cost.
Very disappointed and never recommend this place.

I’ve known this business for going on 25 years. Dan Buss is a great guy and I have been able to trust his guidance with the car. I have also worked with Gabe there and he has always been excellent, honest and friendly. Example : I had an acute issue, all of a sudden car muffler sounds like it was gone. It was weekend so I ran it over to a “muffler place”. What I was told was that I needed an expensive repair but several red flags went up. I waited until the next week , went to see Gabe and D&R fixed the issue for a small fraction of what the muffler place wanted to charge. I trust D&R and

Wonderful place to go to. Upfront with timeliness, prices, and the best options. When they had to end up keeping my car overnight, they immediately gave me a great loaner car. Everything was crystal clear and timely, which is exactly what I was missing from my previous mechanic. Plus, they were incredibly pleasant to communicate with.

I was in a crazy accident (not my fault!), and D&R is a AAA tow site. Boy, did I luck out having my car towed there! My tire was shredded (there were some other under-car things that were messed up as well). D&R helped me tremendously dealing with the other driver's insurance company. They were patient, professional and updated me regularly. Once the insurance thing was worked out, the work was done quickly and well. They even alerted me to some issues with my car that I wasn't aware of. All in all, they were super nice, very helpful and did great work.

Ive had most luxury car brands, and over the years I have ritually paid overpriced dealer rates for service. I was particularly shocked by my last Porsche service rate, so I decided to try D and R. They assured me that they have all the official car tools and parts, and officially trained mechanics.
I am reporting a total success. Great service, perfect mechanical work, door to door delivery, prompt scheduling, and the real kicker, their cost was almost half the dealer quoted rate.
i will never go back to paying the crazy high dealer prices. Once you can find a place that does quality work and

I recently brought my Toyota Prius to D & R Autoworks for its 100K service. All went extremely well. All work was done on time and a full diagnostic review, as required, was performed and put in writing. Questions as to what additional work was necessary, advised or could be postponed, were fully answered. Although there were a number of recommended items beyond scheduled maintenance, there was no pressure to proceed and my decision to wait on most items was respected. I was entirely comfortable with the whole process. I did have some of the additional work done and it was completed quickly

I brought my sons Mustang there a while ago and they are close to double the cost of local repair shops like HP Auto and Lou's. Both of which have great pricing and service. They charge dealership pricing but are a local garage shop. They do claim they use OEM parts which is a positive if you feel you need them. I did get a kick out how they compare themselves with Doctors, LOL.. I also scratched my head on how they respond so negatively to all posts less than 5 stars! Not good business at all. Way to defensive! Compare before you commit!

Big mistake going here. I grew up working on cars and know enough to know when I am being over charged.They wont lift a finger with charging you, I'm surprised I didn't get billed for the lift home. I brought my 2001 BMW in for a break job about 14 years ago, I was told the pads were the same as what the dealer would put on , but for $300 less. As it turned out they were not the same. I had the dealer do them right. I had my son look for a auto-shop to check his emissions issues. He picked D&R, $380 of "Testing and analyzing" later I got a quote to repair multiple items

Abysmal quality and service
We have used Dr Autoworks for many years they used to be excellent but over the last year or more there performance has been abysmal. We have two Audi's and have used them for annual services for a number of years plus other work as needed the last three experiences have been very poor.
We will never use them again and i would recommend anyone who plans to use them to stay away Dynarev a little further away but are very competitively priced and have a very good reputation for quality.

I had a long review with lots of specifics about certain issues that seemed to pop up repeatedly. And, last week's straw that broke the camels back & references to Vm's & emails. But, I've been going here since they opened. They're always friendly & kind. They're very active in the community & always seem to sponsor youth teams. So, I've tried to look past things.

First off, it took 6 hours to get my car back from an oil change. When I inquired about why it was taking so long, the manager said that since I didn't tell them I needed the car back at a certain time they weren't in a rush. The manager cited that they aren't an express oil change facility, so I shouldn't have expected it to be done quickly.

My car broke down on the expressway, and I needed to get it taken care of quickly. It was too far away for me to have it towed to my local mechanic, so the tow truck driver recommended a couple of local mechanics. I contacted D & R Autoworks, and every step of the process was professional, helpful, and inspired confidence in their ability. Their staff communicated clearly, and explained the issues in a way I could easily understand. They also emailed me pictures of the damage with notes on what was wrong and how they intended to repair it. The work was completed according to their cost and

Just got my car back from a break job by the mechanic Steve and let me tell you...I am very very pleased. This was my first time taking my car in to D & R Autoworks and they were professional, polite, affordable, and fast.
My car was done within two days and a man named Jeff would call me to check-in. Super polite and friendly guy. This auto shop also offers complimentary loaners and they washed my car when I got it back..Such a nice surprise.

We found this place after someone hit my wife's car almost 3 years ago. Since the, this is the place we go for all vehicle maintenance for both of our cars. The staff is super friendly, they have a dropbox for leaving your car(s) after hours, and they have free loaners you can use if needed, or free rides back to your home, as well as for picking up. The prices are competitive and fair, and I have never felt like they are trying to take advantage of me. A+ across the board.

D&R Autoworks have been the preferred repair and maintenance shop for my car, and those of my family, for years. They're fast, courteous, and have always done an exceptional job when it comes to working on our cars. I've had numerous fair-to-poor experiences with local dealerships, and have had D&R fix what they goofed. With rare exception, I only trust taking my car to D&R for service. Their prices are very reasonable for the caliber of service they provide. Their new location is far more accessible, and seems to allow them to complete service quicker. I heartily recommend
