In 2004 when my brother Tom, my cousin Larry, and I decided to open our own business, we were fortunate enough to have over 50 years of experience to draw from. Beginning in 1946 our grandfather, O.P. Gallo, founded a small tuxedo and formal wear company that was dedicated to providing service, quality and value in every aspect of the business; from their patrons, to their vendors, and most importantly to the staff that supported them.
Since 2004 our "original" Tap Room on Bethel Rd. has been a destination for Columbus sports fans and craft beer enthusiasts. With more than twenty hi-definition TV's, wall-size projection screens, 23 draft lines featuring hard to find, limited production craft beer and bourbon, and a chef-driven "scratch" menu; Gallo's Tap Room on Bethel embodies our passion for exceptional food, beer, and sports.

The chicken and waffles were delicious. Also the wings were good. I like that they weren't breaded. The hot garlic sauce had some heat but didn't overpower the wings. Tons of TVs so we could see the game, even though the Raiders did not win. The waitresses were friendly and came around all of the time. Good time.

Gallos is truly one of my favorite places to enjoy a football game. The amount of TVs they have on the walls (and even in some of the booths) is amazing. They have on *most* games at all times and the energy is very contagious.
They have daily specials as well. Every time I go I get their loaded fries, "the works". It's my absolute favorite thing on the menu. They don't skimp on the toppings, will add or subtract anything. Do not remove the cockfight sauce though.... it's a show stealer! The bang bang shrimp and pizzas are also always a good choice.

We visited Gallo's Tap Room by accident back in March. We had meant to go to Gallo's Kitchen and Bar but ended up in the wrong location. We were hungry and the other location wasn't open yet for the day so we decided to stay and give it a try and I am glad we did. We had the Shrimp Pot Stickers, the BBQ chicken strips, Garlic and Herb wings, and The Works fries. I don't like beer and my husband can't drink due to health reasons so we did not get to partake of the amazing selection of beverages but we did enjoy our food. The BBQ strips honestly did not look extremely appetizing

I came here last night with my Yelp bestie Mike G for dinner and good times. We both had never been here before and decided to check it out for my first night here in Columbus. We both seemed pretty darn happy when we were done.
I scoured the menu prior to visiting and had a few dishes in mind. I ended up ordering the half pound burger with sweet potato fries and Mike G had a fabulous appetizer that he was kind enough to share with me.

This place has it all. Upscale dining qt fair prices. I loved their three pigs pizza. It was delectable and unique. The wings were nice and crispy the way I like thfm.qnd I didn't even have to ask. Our server did an outstanding job. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Great prices. This place is great !

Mt buddy and I took the day off to get in some much needed R&R. We chose Gallo's for lunch. I've been here many times with my wife, but this was his first time. We sat at the bar. Great service and very fast with the food preparation. Every time I go there I leave very satisfied. Food was delicious and prepped 100% how I asked. My order is usually unique and takes some altering. We thank you again for the great service, food, and cold drinks!

We've ordered burgers twice but won't be returning. Both times burgers were undercooked, too mushy to tolerate. Wr called after the first time but didn't get any satisfaction other than registering our complaint.
This time we mentioned the doneness issue when we ordered but it made no difference, they were both undercooked again. So, we won't return.

It's easy to miss this upscale sports pub, as it is tucked away in a strip mall. Fantastic ambiance that caters both to the avid sports watcher and those who prefer a more quiet, less chaotic environment. The food is absolutely fantastic. Craft beer and whisky connoisseurs will enjoy the extensive options.

I've been a employee for a year now and I feel like I've become part of a family! I moved to Columbus, Ohio for college and needed a source of income. The management is very flexible with working with your school schedule and family vacations. When I had to step away for my maternity leave they put together a baby shower gift for my family! The staff and owners are very caring and give back to our community. My favorite bite to eat would have to be chicken and waffles or the 3 little pigs pizza!

When I put out the idea to do a live Facebook event to feed folks Maria quickly connected to Nick for me.
We were able to raise $290,… enough to pay for the 20 meals we wanted to send to Huckleberry House PLUS a $100 tip for staff.
I should mention they offered to DONATE the meals but we insisted on paying full price to show our support. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND THANK YOU FOR HELPING FEED COLUMBUS. 💓

Nick was my server and did a fantastic job. There was a lot of energy in the place with football playoffs and thoroughly enjoyed it. A great beer selection with several stouts and porters which I appreciated.
I ordered chicken and waffles and they were great. Fair warning, if you dont like hot or spicy these aren't for you. An unusual combo for chicken and waffles but it works.

Visited Gallo's for a networking night for my alma mater recently - this was a decent place to grab a post-work drink! We had the event space reserved for our group, and it more than comfortably fit the 20-30 of us. I liked the setup of the room, with the high-top tables and bench-like tables, as it allowed for plenty of seating for us and allowed for a good amount of mingling.

A seriously great place to watch sports on over 30 tvs and get some delish food. My favorite is the margarita pizza, wings, chicken and waffles. So yummy! The chicken and waffles are perfectly cooked and have a little heat. The chicken reminds me of hot chicken takeover, yum!
The margarita pizza has a traditional crust with savory marina sauce..and its huge!
And of course a great beer selection.
It can get busy during peak sports events, but its a fun atmosphere with great food and drinks.

Not quite four stars, a solid 3.5 on the Richter Scale. Met friends at Gallo's to watch the OSU/MSU game. Plenty of seats. The bar is long, so if you want front-and-center, you're good. For game-days, they also cover their two pool tables, so they can seat big parties. Plenty of tvs all about - the game on all of them. I don't do beer, so I can't comment on the alcohol selection.
The volume inside was fantastic: people cheering for the game; at the same time, you could have a conversation with your neighbor without having to elevate to yelling. Nice.
