Pleasantly surprised with this quaint little place in the heart of downtown Dublin.
It was my first time coming to this restaurant after hearing many things about it from friends. First impression when walking in was the ambience. my husband and I definitely picked a great spot for date night.
We went during happy hour and their menu has a lot of variety. Our favorite apps were the arancini and the bruschetta. Both dishes were jam packed with flavors. They also have bottle of wines for only $10 during happy hour!!!
For dinner we got the Mezzo chicken and cacio e pepe. Both were amazing!

We are a Dental office and we had or Christmas party at Mezzo. It was a great experience. Tina called me a week before to select our menu and she was fine when we had to make a few last minute changes. The room was ready for us when we arrived and the food and service was wonderful. We highly recommend Mezzo as a great restaurant for dining or parties.

Amazing food and friendly staff whenever I go! I even had my rehearsal dinner here and Tina was easy to communicate with and did a great job working with us to make our event special! Everyone loved the food and enjoyed the venue! Can’t go wrong with the Arancini balls, mezzo chicken, and short rib gnocchi. I’ve never had a bad meal there and the ambiance is great for an anniversary or special event. If you haven’t had a meal here you are missing out!

We made reservations to celebrate our anniversary at 5:30pm on a Friday night. Once we walked in, the hostesses said that they had another reservation coming in that we needed to move to another table if we weren't done by a certain time. This made us feel like our reservation WASN'T important. I've never had a restaurant tell me I had to move to a different table to accommodate another reservation. Incredibly TACKY. We had one server then another woman showed up...so we didn't know who are server was (no communication). Service could be a lot better.

The portion sizes are horribly small. Paid $20 for spaghetti. It was finished completely in only 5 bites. That honestly isn't an exaggeration. We had the food delivered from door dash. I'd strongly recommend that if you'd like to try the food, eat at the restaurant so you'll be able to get what you pay a premium price for. The price is far to high compared to other restaurants to risk wasting money on a bad food delivery.

This is my second time visiting this restaurant and I likely will not return. It is over priced for the quality of food you receive.
The meat and cheese board we shared as an appetizer and it was good, however, every other dish was bland and tasteless. Salt and pepper didn't even help the lasagna.
The decor looks neat inside the restaurant, but if you are going here for the food I would look elsewhere.

We ordered take out from Mezzo last night. Calamari, salad and entrees. I loved the foccacia that came with our meal. The balsamic dressing on my house salad was really tangy, and had that nice sour pop. I enjoyed the salad made with mescaline greens and artichoke hearts. The calamari was okay but not outstanding. It was a little too greasy for my taste. My lasagna was pretty tasteless. Large chunks of under seasoned meat in several bites. It wasn't bad so much as lackluster or generic. Sadly, Costco even makes more flavorful lasagna. Dinner was not really up to pay with my expectations

Came here for an event. I didn't have to pay for anything. And I am not from Ohio but I just had to make a comment on the salad. I have never in my life had such a dry salad. And due to the nature of the restaurant I thought it would of been the better choice. I should have gotten the soup. So I would rate lower just for that but the service was good and everyone enjoyed themselves.

My wife and I loved the atmosphere and food here. It is a great spot for a date night - dimly lit and intimate. Would recommend going during happy hour as the pizzas are half off. They are big and only $7 if I recall correctly. The highlight of the dinner for me was the short rib gnocchi. My wife and I shared (picture is only half of the standard size), and it was amazing. The service was quick and attentive but not overbearing. Would definitely recommend, and would go back often if we were from the area. Thanks for making our night special Mezzo!

Oh my goodness...this place is INCREDIBLE! There was four of us who went and decided to split everything. Each meal that came out was better than the next, it was all so delicious. We decided to get the meatballs and out waitress was so sweet and recommended we get one more added since it only came with 3 for the app. If you are passing through downtown Dublin or need a local date night spot definitely come here. Not only is the food incredible, there is a ton of seating and food comes out so quickly!!! Can't wait to come back

We had a lovely dinner outside on the patio. Our server was excellent and attentive. Though when we walked in to get a table the manager/owner (?) did bark at his staff like they were beneath him which was extremely off putting.
The spinach artichoke dip was wonderful.
Our party really enjoyed the Short Rib Gnocchi and NY Strip Steak... though we did get a laugh out of the glorified butter knife we received to cut it.
Unfortunately the Eggplant Parmesan was extremely bland and not a good portion size. The sauce had absolutely no seasoning to it. Would not order again.

I sat at the bar and boy where these guys busy but never pushed the patrons at the bar aside. O got the brischetta and burrata and it was very good. Fresh flavor in the Barratt not overly salted and the Bruchetta t was very good as well. If I had one complaint it would be the thickness of bread should be a little thinner. I got a traditional cheese pizA for free because the kitchen messed up, the cheese had a nice pull to it and thebsaixe was the perfect balance of acid and salt.

Mezzo is such a nice place in a great location. The service was wonderful and the patio was great. The menu is full of delicious wines and cocktails. I got the elderflower cocktail and it was delicious and refreshing. We started off with the bruschetta, which I felt was kind of bland, but the bread and burrata were delicious with it. For dinner, we ordered the Ravioli and Chicken and was not super impressed, there was a lack of flavor, especially with the chicken. We tried Mezzo for the first time last Saturday and it was absolutely amazing. While it was restaurant week, we ended up ordering off the regular menu which has a ton of options, including vegan and gluten-free. We started with the arancini and truffle fries, which were so good I didn't get a great picture.

My mom had the calamari… it was not so good. It was very spicy & fairly heavily breaded.
We both enjoyed the bread & drinks! I asked for a virgin drink and our waitress recommended a strawberry mojito and it was SO good!!
Give em a try… will be back for happy hour for sure.

First time visiting Mezzo, fantastic! I booked a table for my anniversary through open table - so easy. We were instantly seated and started off with waters. Drinks and appetizers looked great but we decided to just stick with entrees. I ordered off the awesome vegan menu and got pasta and my boyfriend ordered the mezzo chicken. Our food was served quickly and hot despite it being packed. Everything was delicious and the restaurants vibe was great for a girls night out or a special event. I would go again to try the vegan pizza and their drinks. It even looked like they had a nice private room

I came here for happy hour on a Monday and it wasn't too packed. They have happy hour from 4-6 on Sunday-Friday, so a weekend happy hour, woohoo! There is limited street parking, parking lots, and plenty of parking in the garage by the library. They have outdoor seating which is perfect for those sunny days.
Their happy hour has reduced prices for house wine, $4/glass or $10/bottle. Might as well get the bottle right? Along with cheaper cocktails and beer.

Came in for dinner on a Monday night. Got seated quickly, and service was prompt thereafter. Started with a cup of the tomato basil soup. The flavor was very good, but not overly warm. However, that's the only negative I had. Ordered the Halibut for dinner. The presentation was outstanding and the fillet was huge! It was served on top of a mushroom risotto, which was delicious. Wasn't sure I was going to have room left in the belly for the walk across the street after dinner for Jenny's, but I have learned, there is always room for ice cream!

This is a local favorite and they have something for everyone. The inside is great, but when it is nice enough to sit on the patio it is such a treat. They have an amazing happy hour, with half off pizzas, great drink prices, and reduced price appetizers. Their wine selection is awesome, which I always appreciate in a good restaurant. When I'm trying to eat healthy I order the roasted chicken- which is delicious! But when I want to treat myself, I always opt for the spinach and artichoke dip. They have so many great options on their menu and the service is always awesome. I highly recommend
