I did not have an appointment, I walked in to the leasing office at 3pm, walked out with the keys around 5 pm. Krystine and Alisha were absolutely amazing. Helped me everything I needed, walked me through the apartment and all the amenities. This place is exactly what I was looking. Dog friendly, gated, heated saltwater pool, gym, clubhouse, car wash station, and a dog park. There is also an outdoor shopping mall right next door, publix, and about 8 minutes from the outlets.

Juan and Luis came by to help with some maintenance work that I needed done. I have to say that they were so helpful and sweet! I needed a new washer and dryer and they were so helpful! They carried the new washer and dryer to my unit and even touched up some extra stuff I needed done. They were very professional and caring. I definitely won’t hesitate to contact them if I need anything else fixed. Thank you for such great people!

Worst apartment I've ever had.
You will hear every footstep from the people above you, and it will shake your walls. It literally makes my fan blades wobble with every step. It is absolutely infuriating. It is making me insane and I can't wait to get out of here.
I hope you like silverfish because this place is completely infested. It is truly disgusting. I'm constantly cleaning and I see them every single day. It doesn't matter if they spray your apt, because they are in the walls. It doesn't even stop them for one day when pest control sprays your apartment.
The appliances are total garbage
