We agree to keep the rents affordable for a long time and we agree only to rent to those households for whom this housing is targeted. I applied for these apartment last year October and am still waiting for my refund check a year later. I have emailed and called them on several occasions no one has responded. I don't care what time of day I call the office no one never answers. I know they have callers id. they don't deserve a star but I have to give them one to post my comment

After reading the two bad reviews, I decided to see for myself. I went to the office to get info for my mother . They told me to go online to get on the waiting list . I ask is there anything else she said no, so I went online but I didn’t know I needed a code to register. So I called 4-5 times. No live person ever picks up so I left a voicemail and I even went a step further and left a email . After 3-4 days later no reply . So if they can’t know there job by now by giving me that code and replying specially when it’s a new apartments. I do t want my mom living there . I hope this changes

Absolutely horrific and their brand new.
Talk about being told there’s availability and then given the run around. We were told there was availability and to come in the following day at a given time with certain documents and when you do your told their busy doing their grand opening and to come back on Monday first thing in the morning. Also told what all is needed from you for that day to proceed and by taking a quick look at your pay stubs also being told you’d qualify. So you come back on Monday with the money orders with certain amounts that were instructed, pay stubs, personal papers

Beautiful brand new building, elevator accessible which is very convenient for disabled, elderly and families with children. The staff is wonderful to work with all my needs. The building is very clean, apartments are spacious, all new interior and exterior. The amenities are top of the line considering it's design for individuals with a low income. Very proud to be a resident there.
