If there was an option for negative stars I would. Owners would not refund after we literally looked into the room and said no way. Threaten to kick us out. Made excuses as to why he would not refund us. Threatened to call cops and said he would have people “take care of us” if we didn’t stand outside because he felt “threatened” when we said we wanted our money back.
I’ve stayed all over the world and this is the worst place AND SERVICE I’ve ever seen in my life.

We were overcharged for the room, when we got to the room it was not at all what we expect as it was dingy and not in good shape. The cleanliness was poor and when we expressed our concerns with the front desk man he got extremely agitated and began yelling. The customer service was very poor as well as the quality, will not recommend to anyone.
