Our extended-stay hotel members will be happy, safe, and satisfied with their personalized treatment! All of our boarding pets will have their own suites in a temperature and noise controlled area. Medications must be provided and clearly labeled. Instructions will be reviewed at drop-off. If your pet develops a health concern we will call you to report our observations and get further instructions.

Our teeth cleaning service is gentle and quick. We'll take a good look and let your know if we see any oral issues requiring a vet's attention.

So frustrated that I filled out the paperwork online to register my puppy for boarding and then find out that I need to pay $18 for a temperament test to board at that facility. I asked if the $18 counted towards my boarding and was told no. They are just nickle and diming people and will take my business somewhere else.

We are so grateful that our community is blessed with this awesome resource. In the past, I had never taken advantage of doggie day care services but when our 14 yr old special needs dog was no longer able to go for daily walks, we started taking him to the Grand Canine Hotel in the Fall of '19. I started out with taking him for a couple of hours a few days a week and now he would rather be there than at home so now he goes for most of the day seven days a week. You can tell that the dogs are all having a great time. The staff is very warm, friendly and professional. The owners are medical professionals

My dog has been going here since she was 10 weeks old for daycare/grooming and she LOVES it! So much so that she will cry at the door until I take her. 😊 The staff is consistent, friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable! I cannot speak highly enough of Grand Canine!

We recently discovered and we love it. They are so friendly, caring and loving to all the pets. It is a huge business area and very clean. Many regulars which states how well their company is run. We consider a hidden gem. They took a photo of our 1 yr old Boston on a holiday and our whole family thought it was a professional dog photo. It was so adorable and our puppy loved every minute of his extended weekend stay.

My two dogs stayed here for a weekend while we were out of town for a wedding. The staff is super friendly, thorough, and really care about the animals. I've only used dog boarding one other time for them, and they both came back exhausted and sick. When I picked them up from Grand Canine Hotel, they were happy, energetic, and I could tell they had a great time. I will be dropping them back off this weekend for their second stay!

Grand Canine is absolutely the best! They are very professional and caring and have a great facility. Mia needed a little extra care while boarding one time and they were fabulous. We had tried several other places, but this is the first place Mia really enjoys daycare and boarding. Their grooming in great also! I cannot recommend them highly enough! So glad they opened near us too!

We took our two Westies for grooming at the Grand Canine Hotel this morning, and were pleasantly surprised their part time groomer, Jamie, had done them several months ago when she was with a different agency. She did a marvelous job!. We haven't had any occasion as of yet to leave the pups for daycare or boarding, but will do it without a qualm when the time comes. The owners and staff are very friendly and competent.
